Place was super nice, Crestwood staff were very friendly. We stayed there because we went hiking to Maroon Bells and Aspen was not really an option. Highly recommended

We loved our room it was so spacious and perfect for our family. We are a family of 5. The location was great for visiting maroon bells. Our room was right by the pool which was great for the kids and we used the shuttle to get around. We came during the summer and it was very hot. When we arrived we called to ask about AC and it is not provided. When we arrived in the room it was 81 degrees. They said to open the balcony door and windows and it would cool right down. We tried this all night with fans. In the morning it was still 80 degrees. I could not sleep. The next day was cooler out high of 70 degrees and it still did not drop bellow 80 degrees in our room.

We're sorry to hear about the discomfort with the heat, though. Our units don't have traditional AC, and while cross-ventilation with windows and fans typically helps cool things down overnight, we understand that wasn't enough during the warmer stretch of your stay. Fantastic place to stay. The condo was well maintained, clean and had more space than expected. No instructions were sent on how to check-in and I didn't get any responses when texting and emailing the host.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo had even more amenities than we expected, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Not to mention, the pool, sauna, and steam room near the front desk were fantastic and a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
