SLEEPING
Seaview Beach House is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom offers a spacious and comfortable king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom is furnished with a queen and a twin bed. Both rooms feature en suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, and TVs for your convenience and comfort. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room includes a queen pull-out sofa bed, ensuring that every member of your group has a comfortable place to rest.

BATHROOM
D213 features two full bathrooms. The ensuite primary bathroom provides privacy and convenience with a separate vanity area and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom in the guest's bedroom also features a walk-in shower.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
