Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the beach location, well-equipped condo, and secure parking, but we’re sorry the overall condition and comfort fell short of your expectations. The bathroom floor strip has since been repaired. We also appreciate you highlighting the appliance, drawer, and missing remote issues, and we understand your frustration with the clutter, nighttime road noise, and difficulty drying towels. We’re sorry these concerns detracted from what should have been a restful break during your trip. Kind Regards, MakeMyVacation

Thank you for being our guests! MakeMyVacation Team

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that the cleanliness, amenities, and stocking of the condo did not meet expectations during your stay. This is not the standard we strive to provide for our guests. We take concerns like these very seriously and will be reviewing your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure these issues are addressed and prevented moving forward. Guest comfort and satisfaction are extremely important to us, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a much improved experience in the future. — MakeMyVacation Team

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, beach access, and found the kitchen and beach equipment useful. We do want to address a few of your concerns for clarity. The home is accurately listed as not having air conditioning, which is common for many properties in our coastal area due to the typically mild climate. To help with comfort, the unit is equipped with both ceiling and floor fans. Being located directly across from the beach on a main street is also reflected in the listing, as many guests specifically choose this location for its convenience and views. That said, we take cleanliness concerns very seriously. What you described does not meet our standards, and we are addressing this directly with our cleaning team. Regarding communication, we strive to respond in a timely manner and regret if your experience did not reflect that. We also want to clarify that we replace our pillows regularly as part of our commitment to guest comfort. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the guest experience. MakeMyVacation Team

Thank you for your wonderful and thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear the condo was such a great fit for your family and that the close beach access made your stay even more enjoyable. It’s great to know you appreciated the walkability to the pier, the family-friendly setup, and the amenities throughout the complex, including the pools, BBQ areas, and beautiful landscaping. We’re especially happy you enjoyed relaxing on the front deck while taking in the ocean views and sounds. We also appreciate your helpful feedback regarding the kitchen supplies, sofa bed size, and occasional street noise. For health and safety reasons, we do not provide shared food items such as salt and pepper, but we appreciate you mentioning it for future guests. Your comments are very valuable and help us continue improving the overall guest experience. Thank you again for your recommendation. We’d love to welcome you and your family back for another stay in the future! — MakeMyVacation Team
