Perfect location in the middle of town. Nice to have 3 full bathrooms for 6 of us. Slopes are nearby, lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Plenty of sleeping space available and easy access to everything. One thing that needs to be addressed is the hot water system. Plenty of hot water but it doesn't have anti scald feature. Both my wife and I were almost scalded showering. .

2/10 – Terrible

Noisy unit with equipment vibrations that need repair

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, we noticed both noise and a physical vibration coming from the equipment room below the unit. We assumed it was tied to the on-site restaurants and would calm down, but it never did. It was still running when we went to bed at 10 p.m., shut off overnight, and started again at 6:47am Saturday. The good comparison is that noise/pressure created when driving on the highway with just one car window down that prompts you to close the window or open a second window to remedy. Fortunately, the weather was great, so we spent most of our time hiking and outdoors, because the condo itself was not comfortable to be in. We ended up leaving Saturday afternoon because the vibration was that disruptive. This unit should not be rented until the vibration/noise issue is remedied. Also note, the hot water is excessively hot; I see that reviews date this matter back to April, 2026. Hoping someone turns down the temp on the water heater prior to someone getting scalded. Finally, the unit is heavily worn which is not consistent with the ratings. The location is 5 stars as is the property management team! I commend Nikki and Chad with Vail Property Management, they were very professional, provided early check-in, easy communications and inquired about pet access with the unit owner. All these efforts are appreciated!

We have stayed here several times in the past.... the location is perfect and the layout is great. there are 3 problems that i think need to be addressed. the ice maker in the fridge does not work. there is also an old ice maker at the wet bar that looks like it hasn't worked in years. There are no stoppers in the bathroom sinks. anything that may be dropped in the sink (earrings, contacts, etc) are gone. And there needs to be some luggage racks in the bedrooms and loft. You have to open your suitcases on the floor....very inconvenient....other then these, the place is wonderful
