Great place to stay! The beach is very close, and the facilities are kept clean. The view is amazing, and I loved being able to walk down to the pier and enjoy all the different food options—everything we tried was delicious. The location is definitely the best part of this property. We stayed here for 7 nights and we only had to drive a few times. I loved it!!The only downside is that the apartment furniture needs an upgrade. Previous reviews were correct about the couch—it is very uncomfortable and not practical for sitting and relaxing. We actually had to pull out the sofa bed just so we could comfortably watch television together in the living room. Other than the furniture, we had a wonderful stay.I loved this area and definitely would stay here again.

Perfect! The location was absolutely perfect. The view was spectacular. It was also extremely clean. We loved that our parking was secured in a garage with a gate. Been gone 24 hours and miss it so much already!

Very nice location , with a great view . I would just recommend to provide some cleaning supplies and a new couch we couldn’t sit on it because it was so uncomfortable. Overall our stay was amazing. The view is top notch and the apartment is just as described. We definitely would stay there again . It’s very easy to get an Uber or Lyft also . We really enjoyed our stay we will be back for sure .

Redondo Beach is a great location and this condo has a very nice view of the beach and the water. A couple of mentions that would help future renters be better prepared than we were. The claim of no hidden fees is not accurate. Two days before the rental they hit you up with charges for parking and some other minor things many properties provide. I just parked on the street, but annoying they make a big deal about parking spaces and no mention of the upcharge and in fact on the Q and A for the property "does parking have a fee?" they answer they have parking with no mention of the fee for use of the parking spaces. The unit also has NOTHING so bring any beach things you might want like towels, toys, chairs.... also no games or cooking things so bring even the most basic that you might expect. Sean the host never did answer the only simple question I asked twice via the contact before arrival so don't expect anything other than form letter check in and out communications.

The view and location is perfect.. The building in this unit had clearly been shifting a lot for decades as evidenced by the floors in the unit going downhill, then uphill which is disorienting. It reminded me a little bit of the famous "Mystery Spot" up in the Santa Cruz mountains. The doorframes never lie and were all very warped and the doors had been aggressively shaved down at different angles to get them to actually "close" in a door frame that stopped being rectangular prob in the 20th century, The size of both toilets are all miniature - like the ones in a preschool bathroom -- tiny..and I'm only 6ft 1 and 180lbs. Also I didn't find the unit particularly clean

The listing sounded like the parking was included, but it was extra. The property manager restricted the use of the property to only people listed on the agreement, if someone wanted to stop by even for just a little bit, they needed to be pre-approved and paid for. Overall the furniture and beds were not very comfortable, but the location is wonderful with a fantastic view.
