Summary:

Welcome to Lumiere, a stunning three-level treetop cabin designed for cozy gatherings and memorable escapes. Just 7 minutes from Lake Arrowhead Village and 30 minutes from Snow Summit, this warm and stylish retreat offers fireplaces, multiple decks, EV charging, and nature views from nearly every room.



The Space:

Guests enter through original stained-glass doors into a warm, multi-level mountain escape. Highlights include a spacious screening room with 75” TV and soundbar, an open-concept kitchen/living space with sunken dining area and two fireplaces, a top-floor game room with vaulted ceilings, and five fully furnished decks. The primary suite features a private deck, fireplace, and walk-in closet.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home including the EV charging outlet (Charging Cable is not provided ), espresso and drip coffee makers, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and five decks. Self-check-in is available via smart lock.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled among the evergreens on a peaceful hillside, Lumiere offers quick access to Lake Arrowhead Village (7 min), SkyPark at Santa’s Village, and Lake Gregory. The surrounding area is known for scenic hiking, boutique shopping, and local dining.



Getting Around:

The home is best accessed by car. Located just 7 minutes from the town center and under 30 minutes to Snow Summit ski resort. Street-level parking pad fits 2 cars and includes a 32Amp EV outlet (guests must bring charging cable).



Other Things to Note:

-Emergency ladders are located in all three bedrooms.

-Please use caution when using the front patio seating area—there is no railing and a steep drop to the street.

-The property is on a hill and includes several staircases.

-No pets allowed.

-Parties are forbidden

-We kindly ask that guests leave the home in a reasonably tidy condition, similar to how it was upon arrival. If additional cleaning is needed beyond our standard service, an extra cleaning fee may apply.



Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the property resulting from you or the guests in your party up to $10,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct. This plan is only available for stays less than 30 nights.
