Located within the private Tuscan Ridge community, peace and privacy are in abundance, with no rear neighbors overlooking the property as you enjoy endless swims in the sparkling, inground saltwater pool, fully screened in to protect you from the elements. Stretch out and soak up the abundant sunshine in comfortable chaise lounge seating, sipping a refreshing cocktail while you lose yourself in the pages of a good book. Take breaks in the shade under the covered lanai, enjoying a light lunch al fresco between cannonball contests. As the sun begins to set, pour a relaxing glass of wine, slip into the overflowing spa, and get ready for epic sunsets highlighting the sky in vibrant hues of pink and orange. Still have energy to burn? The community also features tennis courts along with a clubhouse inclusive of fitness center.



Inside the home, sophisticated spaces come expertly outfitted, with contemporary furnishings and chic, limited art pieces designed to maximize your downtime. Sink into plush sofa seating while you stream all your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. Family game nights are done right, PlayStation, and board games all offering hours of competitive fun. Through the kitchen, the den offers a more secluded space for relaxation, the comfortable sofa beckoning you to take a peaceful afternoon nap.



The kitchen itself showcases stainless steel appliances alongside ample countertop space and sleek white cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. For mealtimes together, you’ll have plenty of options between formal dining for 6, a breakfast table for 4, and 4 high-top stools at the counter for quick and casual bites.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower and the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.



• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. RVs, motorhomes, buses, trailers, or boats not permitted.



• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.

- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.



• Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable.



• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located at the front door and actively monitoring the home’s entrance. There are also 2 cameras facing left and right side of house.



These incredible accommodations are located just a few miles from all of the exciting parks and attractions this area has in spades, including Epcot, the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. A little further out, you can visit SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Studios Orlando. Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 10 miles away and features the Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, more. There’s truly something for everyone!
