You can also choose to just take it easy and enjoy a drink at the indoor and outdoor bar or take a meal at the onsite restaurant with dessert at the ice cream shop. The game room with pool table and arcade will tap into your competitive side, an in the rare event you encounter a rainy day, you’ll have no shortage of entertainment to keep the kids occupied. Golf enthusiasts among you will love your proximity to the Highlands Reserve Golf Course, boasting challenging fairways and lush landscaping just across the street. Upon entering the home’s large foyer, you’ll be greeted by grand, open spaces fully furnished and tastefully decorated with chic, Disney-themed accents just about everywhere you turn. At the end of long days exploring, gather everyone together for a family movie or game night in the living room seated on plush leather sofa and recliner seating. Steps away, the stylish kitchen stands fully equipped and ready to assist in all your mealtime endeavors, featuring stainless steel appliances, sleek wood countertops, and plentiful cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Keep dining casual at the counter on bench seating with room for 4 or enjoy more formal fare at the stately table with seating for 6. In the early morning hours, enjoy a moment’s peace out on the shaded patio, sipping your freshly brewed cup of coffee while you dream up the adventures of a brand new day.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed with trundle, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed with trundle, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in unit.

• Driveway Parking is available for up to 3 cars in the driveway. The 3rd car can be parked behind the other 2 horizontally if it does not fit side by side.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet!

• All guests must check-in at the Regal Palms front desk before arriving to the unit for registration. Please Note: A mandatory Resort Fee of $22.50 per night, per unit is due directly to Regal Palms Resort at check-in. This fee grants access to community amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse, as well as on-site parking.

Note: If you made your reservation on or after July 15, your resort fee has already been included in the total. Guests who booked prior to July 15 will still need to pay the resort fee upon arrival.



Outside of the Regal Palms Resort, there are several options for dining and shopping. Just a short walk away, Berry Town Centre conveniently has a Publix, gas station, bank, restaurants, and bars. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city just 8-miles away. The area has a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and even its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop.



The major Florida theme parks are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (14 miles), Epcot (14 miles), Hollywood Studios (12 miles), Animal Kingdom (11 miles), Universal Studios (23 miles) and Sea World (18 miles)!



HOUSE RULES:

• This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs

• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.

• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.

• Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.

• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
