Parking

You'll have no trouble finding parking with ample space for your vehicle. The driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 3-4 vehicles plus additional free parking on the street.

Guest access

You’ll have full private access to the entire home, including all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area, game room, hot tub, fire pit, mini putting green, and outdoor dining space. Enjoy easy self-check-in with a keypad and 24/7 support if you need anything.


- The keypad is located at the front door for simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you as you get closer to your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

- We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods and trash can liners.

- We recommended you bring any additional items needed such as toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, and lotion.

- The house address is searchable via GPS - navigating to the house should not be a problem.

- Please note that there is 1 security cameras located at the front of the house facing front entrance. There are no cameras inside the house.

Quiet Natural Setting: The lodge is in a peaceful, wooded location—perfect for relaxing and reconnecting. Please help us maintain the calm atmosphere by respecting quiet hours and keeping outdoor noise to a minimum.

Wildlife Awareness: You may spot deer, birds, and other wildlife. Please do not feed animals or leave trash or food outside.

Hot Tub Use: Please rinse off before using the hot tub. No glass, food, or unsupervised children allowed.

Fire Pit Etiquette: Firewood may be available seasonally or can be purchased locally. Always fully extinguish fires before leaving the area.

Starter Supplies: We provide starter amounts of essentials like coffee, toiletries, paper towels, and toilet paper. Please plan to replenish as needed for longer stays.

Driveway & Parking: Ample parking available in the private gravel driveway.

Terrain: Being in a mountain setting, terrain may be uneven. We recommend sturdy shoes and caution during wet or snowy weather.

Pet-Friendly: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs per stay with a pet fee. Please let us know at booking if you’re bringing pets. See house rules for full pet policy.

House Rules
We want every guest to feel welcome, safe, and comfortable. Please respect the following rules during your stay:

Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

No smoking inside the home—$250 fee for violations

Up to 2 dogs allowed with prior approval and paid pet fee. Dogs must be house-trained and not left unattended unless crated. No pets on beds or furniture.

No parties or events

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the hot tub, fire pit, and playground set

Hot tub use at your own risk—please follow posted safety guidelines

Please report any damage or issues immediately so we can address them

Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless otherwise approved

We’re happy to welcome up to 2 small-to-medium dogs (under 50lbs) with a pet fee. We kindly ask that you clean up after them and be very careful with the furnitures. consider taking them along on your adventures—there are lots of pet-friendly places nearby! there will be extra 30 dollars per pet per night

Pet-Related Cleaning & Damage Fee Guidelines
To ensure a clean and welcoming space for all guests, the following fees may apply if additional cleaning or repairs are needed due to pet-related issues:

Minor mess (excessive pet hair, muddy paws): $50–$100

Moderate mess (noticeable odor, stains, minor damage): $100–$150

Severe mess (pet waste indoors, urine on carpets, significant damage): $150–$250+

Please keep pets off all furniture and beds.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if pet hair or stains are found on sofas, chairs, or bedding.
