Welcome to my waterfront retreat! This 3-bed, 2-bath home offers a relaxing getaway right on the water - complete with a private dock and kayaks for your use. Start your day with coffee on the covered patio, unwind in the comfortable lounge area, or enjoy outdoor meals at the dining table. Grill up on the BBQ and end your evenings around the cozy fire pit under the stars. Inside, youâll find a fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts of home. Located just minutes from the airport!
My home features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV, and two, clean, modern bathrooms. The space is decorated and furnished with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a coffee/tea bar.
In the back of the house is a large screened patio, fire pit, kayaks, private dock, boat lift, corn hole, and a grill.
My home has three bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: King Bed with work station
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed
Guest access:
The entire home is accessible to you during your stay. Kayaks are to be launched from the boat ramp, just 1 block from the house (3 minute walk). Please let me know if you are bringing a boat.
Check-In: 4pm
Check-Out: 11am
Other things to note:
6 PEOPLE MAXIMUM, NO PETS, AND NO SMOKING INSIDE. STRICT. These rules help me maintain a high standard of cleanliness and keep the furniture in good condition.
BRINGING PETS, SMOKING INSIDE, OR BREAKING THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY RULE WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY WITHOUT A REFUND AND ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU.
I inventory the home after each guestâs check-out. You will be charged for damage or theft.
