About This Space
If you do âlike to be beside the seaside,â our apartment is certainly for you. As you can see from the photos, the unrivalled sea views are truly breathtaking. With two private balconies to choose from - lounge and master bedroom - uninterrupted views of charming Torbay and the coves and hillsides beyond await you.
Our newly furbished sea-facing penthouse is on the 3rd (top) floor of a modern cliff-top building. Ideal for exploring, day tripping, water sporting, star gazing or just relaxing.
The Space
Every room is well proportioned and arranged with your comfort in mind. The two double bedrooms have plenty of storage space and luxury king size mattresses for a great nightâs sleep. The beds are perfectly placed for comfortable viewing of the smart Freeview TVs found in each room. There to help you nod off - or perhaps to get you going of a day!
Like the rest of the flat, the living room is high-ceilinged, light and modern. With the breakfast bar âsea viewing platform,â double doors leading onto the balcony, and 65â smart Freeview TV with ambilight, there is plenty to peer at, whatever the time of day. You might just prefer to curl up with a book and piece of fudge, snooze or play one of our board games in a safe haven of relaxation.
Underfloor heating, heated towel rails and illuminated demist mirrors exist in both the main and en suite bathrooms. The rain shower in the main bathroom is super spacious.
The kitchen is also a great size, equipped with everything you could need to whip up a tasty meal, to be enjoyed al fresco on the loungeâs balcony, on your lap or up the table. If you donât fancy cooking, no problem. Weâve prepared a list of our favourite takeaways which will deliver to you. Plus, many recommended restaurants are within easy walking distance - a full range are available to suit all tastes. We do advise booking if you want to eat out at peak times. Youâll find a list of options in your welcome brochure.
Guest Access
Once you use the communal lift or stairs to get up to the 3rd floor, there is just one other flat door next to ours. The owners are rarely there.
As soon as you enter no. 8's door and close it behind you, you are in a private space.
The great thing is that the lift goes down to the parking garage, so there is no need to carry your luggage up.
