Every thing was great.clean .lots of information of how to use all the appliances.lots of keys and doors to get in. But it makes it feel safe if you leave things in the appartment. Also the parking spot is outside the gated area. You could walk to everything.loved it would go again

Good location, well equipped apartment. Comfortable beds, very clean and spacious. Listing isn’t obvious that it’s a basement apartment but it’s very accessible. Also lots of natural light. We recommend it.

Lovely Torquay

We really enjoyed the property and the town of Torquay. So many surrounding beautiful towns too. The property itself was very well equipped, clean and spacious.

Lovely apartment

Torquay is a wonderful place to stay. The people in the area were so very nice and helpful.we met a waitress at Amechi’s that was superb. Georgiana. What a doll. We were all over 65 so the hilly streets were a challenge. The neighbouring towns were not far and offered shopping galore. All and all we are very happy to have spent our Time at Sovereign House.

Lovely apartment and as described, which isn’t always the case! The one thing which isn’t mentioned having said that, is that it is a basement apartment, which you do of course work out from the photos but maybe it could be mentioned?Arriving after 4.00pm in the winter means you arrive in the dark, so please ensure the light by the key box is working, difficult to see the numbers otherwise, even with a phone torch!!We enjoyed our stay and found It warm, comfortable and excellent location with a good parking space, happy to recommend and even as a basement apartment had no issues with light or access.Thanks for an enjoyable few days.

We loved staying in this apartment! It was a beautiful and large accommodation that was perfect for our stay in Torquay. Very clean and relaxing! Great place with wonderful views of of the seaside.
