Surrounded by mountains and just a 4-minute walk from the nearest ski lift, the chalet offers easy access to a wide range of outdoor activities in every season.

In winter, guests can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing. In the warmer months, the region transforms into a paradise for hiking, mountain biking, and lake adventures, Lake Millstatt just a short drive away. After a day of exploring, unwind in one of the village’s thermal spas, such as Römerbad or St. Kathrein.

Main Floor – Heart of the Home
As you step into the chalet, you're welcomed by a practical entryway and a guest toilet. The open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace (wood is prepared for your arrival), ideal for relaxing evenings.
The adjacent dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together, and the fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, and all essential cooking tools. A Spar grocery store is just 3 km away.

Upper Floor – Peaceful Sleeping Quarters
Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms with queen-size beds. Two bathrooms are located on this floor, both equipped with fresh towels, soap, and hairdryers – designed to make your stay comfortable.

Lower Floor – Wellness & Fun
The lower level offers a private retreat: a fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a relaxing chill-out room with a foosball table, and a cozy lounge corner. After a day in the mountains, rejuvenate in the private sauna, which features both Finnish and infrared modes (one active at a time). This floor also includes an additional guest toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Outdoor & Additional Amenities

In winter, take advantage of the heated ski storage room with boot dryers. There is also a outdoor storage shed (key provided in the hallway).
