Giving 2 stars since weve stayed at Sands two other occasions prior and had phenomenal previous experiences. Location, beach access, and pool areas are great. This condo is what I would refer to as the landlords special. Theres not a comfortable place in the entire space to sit or sleep. Chairs were dated, couch and mattresses were rock hard. Its like they threw a coat of paint on it, picked up furniture from a curb side, bought some tiny tvs off of marketplace, and said "that will rent". We were limited to using one shower as the shower in the master bath did not drain. You could tell this has been an ongoing issue because the floor is weak in the bathroom. Also noticed some structural issues within the hallway/kitchen as it was so slanted you felt like you were drunk walking down it. Insult to injury, the master bed is on wheels and not attached to the headboard. Once you applied weight, you found yourself rolling to the middle of the bedroom. We had to wake up in the middle of the night several times to move the bed back.I could have probably overlooked the below items if I were afforded a decent night of sleep:There were no pans to cook so if you plan on cooking, Id recommend bringing your own cookware. The dishes in the cabinets and utensils had hard dried food on them. The area rug from the living room was also rolled up and stuffed into the corner of the master bedroom. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers were all empty.
