The Ranch House is our most spacious stay at Rabbit Ears Basecamp, a 20-acre retreat just below Rabbit Ears Pass. Inside, the layout is perfect for gathering, with a large kitchen, open living space, and plenty of room to cook, connect, and kick back.

There are three bedrooms, including a king room and two bunk rooms, plus two full bathrooms to make mornings easier. The twin bunk room is designed for our kids and kids at heart, featuring The Corral, a cozy corner with western-themed toys and dress-up gear.

Outside, you’ll find swings and room to watch the sunset. Guests also have access to the Hitchin’ Post, a shared game room with a hot tub, pool table, fireplace, and game space.

Whether you’re exploring Steamboat, hiking the nearby trails, or just staying put with a cup of coffee and a view, The Ranch House gives you space, comfort, and a place to stay wild.
