Fantastic condo and location. We were very pleased with the size and location of the condo. It’s an extremely walkable location and close to the marina. Loved the outdoor patio during our stay and literally a couple of steps to the community pool. Concierge (Stephanie and Tony) were extremely responsive, helpful, and full of recommendations. We would definitely return!

We could not have been more pleased. Great spot! We walked everywhere, a big plus! This condo was perfect. It would be great for 2 couples, both bedrooms were generous in size along with the bathrooms, so no one would feel slighted. Each bedroom has its own balcony access (2nd bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool). The main balcony was a treat. Plenty of sitting area and a bar. The dipping pool was a definite plus. We enjoyed sitting in it and listening to the sounds of the town. It was absolutely beautiful! The hosts were so informative, can't say enough about them. It was cool watching the cruise ships roll up. Great view facing the marina. We plan on making a return visit, for sure!

Lovely, clean, comfortable condo with a very large deck with a soaking tub and view to die for. Very secure and quiet place within walking distance to downtown cabo san lucas and marina.

Property was beautiful, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Host was not as responsive as I would have expected. Hot tub was none functional,, t.v. in guest bedroom did not work. Shower in guest bedroom was VERY hard to get turned on. View was spectacular!!!!! Patio/balcony had breath taking view. Watched cruise ships come in, fireworks every night and could hear the nightly music from the park in the town. It was very relaxing and would stay again. Kitchen was out of Home and Garden, functional and fully equipped. Private chef, Eric, was a dream come true.

Thank you for staying at our home in Cabo. I am sorry that the responsiveness of our team, was not up to your satisfaction. We try our best to ensure that our people respond to requests as quickly as possible. The shower control in the master bathroom is difficult to pull straight out. As we say in our information letter, it is best to pull while turning. As for the pool on our deck, it is a dipping pool and not heated. The oversized tub in the master bathroom is a spa tub with heat. We also apologize for the TV in the guest room not working. Thank you for bringing that to our attention, we will have to get it repaired. We strive to ensure that every guest has an outstanding Cabo experience. We hope that overall you had a positive experience at our home in Cabo.

Our family went to Cabo for Christmas. The condo was a great location to walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown as well as the marina district. Everything was within 15 minutes of the condo. Excellent pool and views of the town. Highly recommended.

Condo was beautiful, clean and located near everything. Flor met us at the unit to show us everything we needed to know and helped out with excellent restaurant choices. We would definitely stay here again.

Thanks for staying with us Louis. As we discussed the pool towels that were put out were actually left for the maids to take and the new towels were put into a drawer in the 2nd bedroom by mistake. The pictures in this listing were taken 3 days before your arrival and represent our property as it is. We are sorry it is not your style but would invite you back anytime since you are a Cabo regular.

We had a greay vacation, the views day or night are great, very centrally located to marina or some really good resteraunts in town! We will definately be back and hope to stay at this condo again.

Amazing view from the deck. The condo is very nice. The staff at la Vista were wonderful too.

Jeff and Molly were great to work with. They showed us an amazing sunset which is a must to see. Enjoyed our vacation in Cabo. Easy access to many restaurants and activities.

Amazing location and place!

Beautiful property in the heart of CSL. Gave us great access to everything we wanted to do (diving, great restaurants, Marina activities). Property manager was amazing and accommodating. Only note is make sure that guitar gets some truss rod care. ;) Would definitely stay here again! Thanks, all!
