We didn’t use the pool, but love the property, our favorite part was the screened in porch where we could even enjoy being out there on a rainy day. Great place, very accommodating and many details thought through.

Every thing was great. We were very comfortable and loved the decor. Kitchen had everything we needed. Couldn’t have been more comfortable. But the best part was the screened in deck. We spent a lot of time out there and loved the view. Would diffidently stay there again.

It truly was the perfect spot for us to land for a couple of days ..... the fishing was super just outside our place, the screened porch was comfortably appointed as were the bedrooms. We loved the location as well as Pointe Royale on a whole. It was fun to walk all around it, have a snack at the clubhouse, and just relax in our condo. Emily was super helpful and accessible, which is always nice when needing to know about restaurants, etc. We hope to go back.

This property was exactly as advertised. It was well stocked in both kitchen and bathrooms. Every was in proper working order. The beds were great and the view peaceful. The property manager was very responsive to every question. We would book this spot again!

Great condo right at the waterfront in Pointe Royale.

Overall excellent experience from booking to checking in and out! Host responded promptly to us asking questions. We go down to PR in Branson every year and will definitely want to book this condo again!!!

The condo was excellent and the view off the porch of the lake was beautiful. Clean and all updated. Property amenities were really nice too with hiking trail, golf course and pool. Just a few steps away from hiking trail. Great for kids!

We all.loved the condo. It was great. I did want to mention tho that the sink in master bedroom and the tub in 2nd bedroom run slow. We were standing in water in shower and the sink the other couple could'nt use at all. We would rent again there.

I would definitely stay here again. My only (small) complaint is that the weeds need to be trimmed in back. As it is now, you cannot see the lake/river when sitting on the back porch.

Awesome Property

We loved the condo! It was exactly as pictured. The towels & sheets were high quality, which was a nice treat. Doggie treats & poop bags were provided, which was a nice extra touch. If we ever come back to Branson, we will definitely stay in your condo. Thanks for your quick response to all of my questions.

The condo is nicely furnished and comfortable. A little wear and tear on paint and table tops but very clean and nice. The condo is down by the water which you can see from the balcony, but the screened in porch isn’t as peaceful as it could be just because of the roar of a/c units next to it. There is a trailhead and park right at the condo too. The walls are thin though, so you might bring ear plugs as we were woken up early every morning just by the people upstairs walking around going about their business. One thing I LOVED was the plug in availability for regular outlets and USBs on both sides of the bed in each bedroom, you don’t see that often and it is very convenient. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Toilet seat in master bath loose. We thought the view of the lake looked better in the picture. Soap in bathrooms not labeled. Few marks on the walls by dining table. Over all experience was good.
