Nestled in Cascade-Chipita Park, below Pikes Peak, and the “Cog Rail Road.” This listing is for the 1700 sq. ft. 2nd floor of a 5,300 sq. ft. home. It boasts 3 cozy bedrooms with queen beds, a well-equipped bathroom, with a relaxing bathtub/shower, and convenient amenities like private deck with a view of Rampart Range. WiFi, and a washer/dryer included. Make your holiday or vacation below Pikes Peak, one for the books with a stay at our place. This accommodation is conveniently located 20 minutes above Colorado Springs, and 40 minutes to Cripple Creek. Also it is 17 minutes away from Charis Bible College in Woodland Park. If hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, or you just want to explore the great outdoors, we have all the comforts of home, after a long day of exploring the majestic sights of Colorado. We are 5 minutes from the Wines of Colorado for great dining, and the Garden of the Gods, Air Force Academy, Manitou Springs, and the infamous “Incline” in Colorado Springs.

All bed linens, towels, dinner ware, pots, pans, dishes, and coffee pot are included.

The hosts, Eric and Kim, were wonderful. Excellent communication. The place was spacious with lots of natural light. It looks better in person. The beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the view.

It was a clean and comfortable place to stay. A little confusing on the initial checkin as the front door of the house is not the door used to access the property. That door is to the right and down a flight of outdoor stairs, to a mid-level of the house. There is also a lower level, so a 3-floor house with different access points. Besides the tiny tv, limited parking space on the road, and only 1 bathroom for a 3-bedroom space, it worked out pretty well. I’d definitely stay here again.

Excellent location on mountainside with great scenery. 5 minute drive to base of pikes peak. Very clean and functional layout with huge bedrooms. Saw bear and deer upon arrival. Parking on quiet neighborhood road. Lots of towels provided! Will stay here again when in the area.

We had a nice stay in this property. It was spacious with 3 bedrooms that was perfect for my family of 6. It was also very clean and had a nice view to enjoy in the mornings. The location is great, it's in the mountains but a very short drive to colorado/manitou springs. I would definitely recommend this home if you're looking for a place to stay for a larger group that requires multiple bedrooms.

Fantastic Quiet Escape

We had a fantastic stay! The property is clean, quiet and a perfect getaway for a family (like us) or a couple! Just a quick drive to great restaurants, Manitou Springs and all the Colorado Springs attractions! We would definitely recommend the property!

Great Family Getaway Spot!

We really enjoyed our time at this charming 3-bedroom apartment in Colorado. The unit is located on the middle level of a large house and offers beautiful sunrise views that we enjoyed each morning. The space was clean and comfortable, with two large bedrooms and a third that was still nicely sized—perfect for our family. The living room was spacious and provided a cozy spot to relax after a day of exploring. It was a peaceful and welcoming place to stay, and we’d happily return!

My wife Kimberly, and I moved to Colorado from Virginia, after I retired, to attend Bible College. We enjoyed living in the Blue Ridge mountains, where we would camp, hike, and fish. So moving to Colorado Rockies allows the same adventures, but in a larger scale! So we hope to share this home for others to experience the majestic setting of the Rockies.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The setting of this home has an awesome view at the base of Pikes Peak. Pikes Peak highway is only about 10 minutes from the house. The house is located on a dead end street, so there is minimal traffic, and trail heads every where within 15-20 minutes.

The location is hands down the best, and located in the great outdoors, but close to the Colorado Springs night life!
