Our spacious craftsman has a large lot with a long driveway and street parking. The home is newly remodeled with a beautiful open concept living room and kitchen. Two bedrooms with queen beds are upstairs while the basement holds the laundry area, a large family room and the main bedroom with two twin beds.

My two adult kids and I were in town for a wedding. The house was much cheaper than hotel rooms and was the obvious pick of the available rentals.We loved the house, the decorating and proximity. I would definitely recommend the house.

The home was clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jami, our host, was fast to respond and provided good directions for check-ins and check-outs. The only thing was that you couldn’t shower at the same time doing laundry. But overall, it was still a very good value and worth our stay.

The home was charming, very clean and every convenience thought of. The neighborhood was nice and the perfect launching spot for adventures in the day and hanging out by the forepit in the evening. Jami was very responsive and check in and check out were a breeze. We can't wait to come back!

I don't think the photos do this house justice! It was beautiful, there was plenty of room for us, and the location is incredible! It's right off the highway so a short drive to downtown or a short jaunt to Manitou Springs/Garden of the Gods. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again!

The description and pictures are accurate. The kitchen is well stocked with all the things you need if you like to stay in and cook for some meals. The coffee bar is well stocked. The kitchen pantry door is fun. The front porch swing is great to sit on for morning coffee or the sunset. The home is in a great location and easy to get into Old Colorado City, downtown, Garden of the Gods and all the other highlights of the area! The host responds quickly.

We have 3 children and love hiking, hot springs, our town and surrounding area. I am a native of Colorado Springs so I am always available to answer any questions about the area or recommend good, food, fun and local history.

Our home is newly remodeled and in the best neighborhood in Colorado Springs. I am biased, of course, but we do have the nicest and most caring neighbors. We love the immediate area around our home and spend most of our time off enjoying the many beautiful outdoor attractions only minute away.
