"Sea Foam" your perfect 6-bedroom cottage steps from the beach!!

Search no farther, you have found your perfect beach rental! Originally built in 1890 (but updated for convenient modern living!), this house has been loved by MANY. Come spend your next vacation here and see for yourself why everyone loves not only Sea Foam Cottage but also this quaint town with its lovely New England charm. Our beautiful home is steps from the beach, featuring plenty of ways for the whole family to enjoy your next beach vacation.

Our family-friendly house is waiting to house you for your next getaway. "Sea Foam" cottage sleeps 14 people, with 5 full bedrooms and a bunk room and 4 bathrooms. Plenty of space to bring the whole family! **We do not allow for more than 10 adults**

Weekly Rentals: Memorial Day through Labor day we do weekly rentals, starting on Saturdays.

Baby Gear: Don't worry about packing all your baby gear. We keep baby equipment is on site for your convenience. In the upstairs bedroom closet (bedroom 5) you will find a pack and play along with a highchair/booster seat. Kid cups, plates and silverware are also stocked in the kitchen.

AC Units: This is an old cottage that has been renovated to bring modern convenience and technology while maintaining the quaint cottage feel. During the day, we ask that you please open the windows to allow the sea breeze and the beach smells to cool you. We understand that no one likes to sleep sweaty so all of the bedrooms (not the bunk room) are all fitted with AC units but we ask that you do not run these constantly. (AC units are not seen in the photos due to being cooler months when photos were taken).

Entertainment: Bookshelves filled with board games, cards and plenty of books to enjoy throughout your stay are located in the living room. We encourage all guests to take a break from technology, and enjoy the beach and some time together. The TV in the living is a smart TV for you to log in to all of your streaming services if desired.

Beach Equipment:
Beach chairs and towels are provided. There is a wind screen and an umbrella provided as well.

Quiet Hours: 11pm - 7am.

Parties: We understand that summer vacation means family reunions and big gatherings. However, parties at the house are not permitted.

Pets: Dogs are ok, no cats. You must let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring a furry family member so that we can appropriately accommodate.
