Excellent vacation home. There were a lot of us and we had enough room for all of us. Ran out of propane, called the landlord and he immediately replaced the tanks. Definitely recommend if you’re going to be in the area.

We absolutely loved this house! We could walk to the beach , view of the marsh from our deck/sunroom, nice fire pit, grill to use and chairs and toys for the beach. We had 13 people and there was plenty of space. Dining room was tight for us but we made it work. We also enjoyed Old orchard beach, Ogunuit beach and middle beach in Biddeford! Pets were with us, that is always a plus!

Overall we had a great time, the home was clean and well appointed for a large group. Dining table accommodated 8-10 people. Loved the marsh views from the expansive windows in the family room. Beach theme decorations set the family friendly vibe. Primary bedroom is on the third floor with en suite bathroom. Amazing views, king sized bed, drawers are small (better for bikini’s than sweaters). The queen beds seemed more like full sized. Suggest earplugs if you’re a light sleeper - train travels across the marsh. We went off peak and Old Orchard Boardwalk was closed, lots of places shut down for the season. Convenient location, highly recommend stopping at the Maine Scoop .

Beautiful house in a lovely location

We had a wonderful time in Scarborough! Drew and his brother, Rod were great if we needed anything. The house was perfect for us…plenty of space and bedrooms. Beds were comfortable! Loved the “sun room” w/a great view of the marsh.

Wonderful Location!!!

We had a large group, ranging in age from 5 to 75! The rental was perfect for our needs; a first floor room for the more "seasoned" cousins, a room for the kids, and enough rooms to have our own space so we weren't tripping over each other. The location is beautiful, and easy to get to! 10/10 would use again!

Perfect place to stay!!

The communication with the host was exceptional. The house was everything I was looking for for a family reunion/ fathers 90th birthday party. We had family coming from across the country and wanted a place to have the party and a place for everyone to stay. Plenty of room for everyone to stay and a wonderful backyard. Not a far walk from the beach either. If I ever need a place like this again, I would definitely book again.
