This property is the perfect mountain retreat where you can feel like you are getting away from it all in nature yet you're only 10 mins to town. Perched on a hilltop across the valley from the Steamboat Ski Area, you have beautiful 180 degree views from nearly every room of the house. Even though you are surrounded by natural vistas, the inside of the home is anything but rustic. Filled with custom furniture and high end appliances, you won't feel like you are missing out on any comforts of home, including high speed Starlink internet.

The property has a private pond and walking paths. The home itself is about 3300 square feet on 3 levels including space for 1 vehicle in the garage. On the main level, you will find a beautiful living area with giant windows to take in the view and a wood burning fireplace. The dining room has plenty of seating for everyone at the custom table. The large gourmet kitchen has everything you need to feel at home and room for several chefs to share the space comfortably.

The main floor bedroom has a King bed, walk-in closet and desk. The attached spa-like bathroom has a walk-in shower, double vanity and large soaking tub. Every toilet in the house has a bidet. On the entry level, you will find a large laundry room and a sauna in addition to 3 additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a King bed, sliding door to the patio and attached bathroom with tub/shower combo. Another bedroom has a King bed, twin daybed and attached bathroom with a beautiful soaking tub with a view! The last bedroom is private and located from an entry through the garage and contains a twin over Queen bunk bed and bathroom with large walk-in shower. The open loft has 4 twin beds, perfect for extra guests or the kids.

The real gem of the home is the beautiful deck with amazing views and the lower level patio with private hot tub and views. Sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise over Mt Werner or have your evening beverage and watch the alpenglow. Enjoy a stroll to the private pond and watch the wildlife come through from the blind.

Even though you feel like you are in your own world, the home gets excellent cell service and has reliable and speedy Starlink internet so you can stay connected or work remotely. There is also a full home back up generator. This home is the perfect place to celebrate a milestone or relax and unwind from your daily responsibilities. Perfect for those who enjoy luxurious comfort and great ski town amenities, but don't enjoy the hustle and bustle of being in a condo neighborhood.

During winter, a vehicle with AWD or 4WD is necessary, the rest of the year, any reliable vehicle will be fine. Please note, the home does have several outdoor facing cameras that are monitored during times of vacancy - mainly to watch the Elk that visit the yard. This home is only available for stays of 30 days or longer.
