*Pets (up to 2 dogs) are welcome at Alma De Mar for an additional pet fee of $100 per pet. Your pet MUST be added to the reservation so that we can make sure the home is set up for their stay with us. Owners must bring their own dog crate/food/bed.

Notes:
-For security purposes, the following exterior cameras are installed and will remain on during your stay: 1 camera covering the main deck; 2 cameras monitoring the exterior stair access to the entrance door; 1 camera facing the driveway; 1 camera covering the backyard. There are no cameras inside the house.

-The house features multiple staircases, with the main living spaces located on the second and third floors. The ground floor is dedicated to the garage. Please note that the elevator, the golf cart(s), and the garage storage room are reserved for owner use only and are not accessible to guests.
