Designed with comfort and style in mind, this high-quality home offers a rare combination of modern luxury, elevated design, and group-friendly space—perfect for families, friend getaways, and lakeside escapes.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin sleeps up to 14 guests and features:
- Breathtaking lake views from the front deck and upper balcony
- Open-concept living with vaulted A-frame ceilings and high-end appliances
- A basement game lounge with a full-size pool table for hours of fun
- Central air conditioning and heating throughout the home

-Bedroom 1: Open-air loft room with additional seating, bathroom, walk-in shower, King bed, soaking tub, TV, mini-split, and private balcony for sipping coffee in the mornings or wine in the evenings. Bonus: odds are you`ll see deer strolling through the hill behind us.

-Bedroom 2: Main floor bedroom with King bed connected to common bathroom and back deck.

-Bedroom 3: Downstairs bedroom with King bed

-Bedroom 4: downstairs bedroom with two queen beds.

-Additional sleeping: Twin bunk bed nook and sofa bed downstairs.

In the walk-out basement you`ll find a pool table, kitchenette, & TV.

Outside, enjoy multiple entertaining areas including the front deck, front patio, front yard, back deck, and back balcony—ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks under the stars.

Guests can contact the Black Rock Marina for daily boat slip rentals just a short walk away—making it easy to enjoy all that Lake Coeur d`Alene has to offer.

The community has a grassy picnic area by the water, just a short 5-minute walk away.

(The owners also have a boat rental you can request...subject to availability).

IMPORTANT:
To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) or a fully refundable Security Deposit, returned after your stay if no damage is reported. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to complete this step.

FEE SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN: (all charges in $USD, unless otherwise noted)

Unauthorized Late Check Out : $25 dollars each half hour after check-out time. Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out

Smoking in Room/Common Area:
$200 minimum charge and eviction from the Unit

Excessive Cleaning: Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed

Damaged or Missing Items: Varies depending on cost of item

Noise Complaints: potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00

Party in Unit or Common Area: Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to Roav Stays

Unauthorized pets: $150/day
