Sterling Lodge is a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath cabin! Updates include spacious accommodations for 16 guests, private wooded acreage, and a seasonal in-ground swimming pool! Sterling Lodge is located on the same road as Hideaway Cabin, Secluded Cabin, Water's Edge, Tranqulity Ridge, and Coal Mine Ridge ! It works great as a stand-alone vacation destination, or part of a large group rental! 25+ to rent. AWD/4WD Recommended.

Extremely well kept cabin.

The cabin was extremely clean and well kept. we loved how responsive the team was to email questions. My two main complaints are that the dishwasher is extremely hard to get running and the fridge /freezer shelves were either broken or falling apart

Weekend with Family, and friends

The house was a great find for our group. With 6 adults, and 6 kids it was a great combination of space, entertainment, and fun. The kids enjoy up her the hot tub and the movie theater, the adults enjoyed the pool table and large space to spread out. All parties agreed this would be a great place to rent again during the summer to use the pool as well.

Great weekend stay

We were extremely surprised by how cool this house is. Lots of open space and the game/movie toon in the basement was really great. Since the Wi-Fi didn’t work I would highly recommend this property if want to disconnect.

The house was beautiful! It had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and home theater. My only complaint is that it is so remote, there was no cell service.

A Great Family Place

The property was so beautiful! It fit our family size perfectly. It was private, exceptionally clean, quiet, wonderful pool and patio area. Hot tub was enjoyed as well. Outdoor decks were wonderful. We weren’t crowded. Highly recommend this property.

Great spot for a family trip

We spent 4 nights here with our family (7 adults, 5 kids) and it exceeded all of our expectations! The house was incredibly clean - likely the cleanest VRBO I have stayed at. The beds were comfy. There was a ton of space. The internet worked well overall considering how remote the house was. We spent all day and night at the pool and our kids loved it! We would definitely stay here again! 10/10 recommend.

Extended Weekend

Everything about the property was clean, comfortable, and great. The only issue was their verbiage in describing when the pool would be open. "mid-May" or if "unseasonably hot" did not come to fruition. Pool opens after Memorial Day.

Relaxing getaway

This cabin is a nice secluded getaway. The basement area was spacious and ended up being where my family spent most of our weekend. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. There are two things I would like to point out however. The fire pit is located out of the way on the side of the property, would’ve been nice if it was by the hot tub and outdoor seating area. Also the tv’s did not have ESPN, and the WiFi was pretty poor.

Great Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time!! Property was so clean and welcoming. The pool is not headed but we still used it as it was not that cold. Check list before coming. Not all bathrooms had hand soap. I think a few rules have changed since Covid. Also, you cannot get calls out here but they do have WiFi. It was all around a great treat for our family! We would recommended a stay here.

Family Reunion

The lodge was amazing. Clean and well stocked. The trash dumpster was over full when we arrived and not emptied during our stay. Menu on the hot tub said it was in need of being refreshed when we arrived. Location of the lodge is very secluded and quite. Love all the rocking chairs on the front porch. The pool was a lot of fun with all of our little ones. We had a photographer come for family photos during our stay. Great setting can’t wait to see how they turn out.
