Everything worked well and the condo was supplied with all the items necessary for a comfortable stay. The A/C worked excellent. The view from the balcony is superb!This is our 4th stay and hopefully we will be able to arrange a 5th stay next year!!

Lovely condo, kitchen is great! Maybe a microwave would be better, but overall it's a great unit. Very quiet and the views nice. Would def stay again.

Great stay ~ once again!

This is our second trip to Maui and choosing to stay in this condo
 we love the location and all that the condo is equipped with for our comfort and convenience. Dianne is a wonderful host and makes sure there isn’t anything that we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. The sun rising from the lanai is spectacular.

Condo is in excellent condition. Everything is well maintained and works without problem. The owners are in contact and checking to make sure we are comfortable and in need of assistance. The view is outstanding! We will stay here again if possible.

1 week stay

We stayed for week 1 of our trip. This condo was fantastic. It was extremely clean and super comfortable. It was stocked with everything we might have needed and more. The property was great and we got to see the whales and turtles right from the condo. It was quiet and relaxing just what we looking for. Dianne was so helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay at any of her properties.

Beautiful property! Wonderful host

This condo was clean and felt brand new. The bed is so comfortable and the views on the balcony are wonderful. Dianne was so communicative and accommodating. She left the loveliest welcome package and gave us some recommendations for our stay. The location was central to everything we wanted to do (visit beaches all over the island, Haleakala, Road to Hana). We did a whale watching/snorkeling tour out of Maalaea Harbor which was about a 5 minute walk. We would stay here again or at another one of Dianne’s properties in a heartbeat!

Beautiful condo; spectacular views!

We have stayed in this building four times over the years and love the location! Being right on the water, you enjoy not only the view, but the continual sound of the water. The grounds of the building are maintained meticulously and it is a great place to enjoy the sun and read a book. The condo, itself, is lovely. It has been fully remodelled and is lacking nothing. The kitchen is fully equipped and the communal grills make supper prep easy. My husband and I have stayed in both of Dianne’s one bedroom condos in this building and she has beautiful properties and is very easy to deal with. We highly recommend this condo!

Nice little condo

The host was great, the property was great, the location centralized to explore the entire island! Had all the right amenities and not all the extra stuff that people leave behind in vacation rentals. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and kitchen, AC and a nice view of Haleakala. Would recommend staying here if you want away from the resort hustle and bustle. Definitely waterfront but more of the bay and the mountain, not necessarily an expansive oceanfront but if you take a 30 second walk to the lawn you can see the ocean for miles. Whales weren’t in the Bay but an abundance out the ocean direction. There are a ton of Sea Turtles right by the edge of the sea wall. The marina is not an issue since you don’t see that direction you don’t even notice all the tour’s going in and out. Great option for a nice vacation!

Outstanding!

The property was stocked beyond what we imagined. It really helps upon arrival. The unit was very clean with everything working exactly as it should. The view is perfect. Maalaea is centrally located with many locations just a few minutes away. The owner, Dianne Holland, checked on us to make sure we had everything needed. We will stay here again when returning if at all possible. Never any issues with security.

Stupendous experience

One of the best vacation rentals I've ever experienced. Well stocked, upgraded and easy access to everywhere in Maui. The host was splendid and communicative. The only downside is that the beach is completely eroded and not swimmable.

Loved our stay!

My husband and I stayed here for the first week of our trip to Maui. We loved the condo. We chose this condo because of the location, so we would be close to the east side of the island to do the road to Hana and drive to the Haleakala summit. The location gave us the perfect head start. Upon our arrival, Dianne had left a welcome basket with a ton of goodies, it was so sweet! Dianne checked in and made sure the check in and check out process was smooth. The condo had everything we needed during our stay! There were even travel coffee mugs which came in handy during our early morning adventures to the road to Hana and Haleakala! We loved the view from the balcony and enjoyed the grounds, there were plenty of lawn chairs near the ocean were you can just relax and listen to the ocean, we saw quite a few turtles hanging out there. One of our favorite parts of the condo was the bed! It was probably one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in, which was a huge plus! We also loved that it was within walking distance to the aquarium and a mini golf place, we enjoyed both. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Maui

Our unit was lovely. Only complaint was the couch. We never like sitting on a hide-a-bed. Very uncomfortable. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time.

We do a lot of these rentals and by far this is the best experience we got. The host was amazing!! The house had everything you can be looking for in Mauii and no need to spend any money buying things you can reuse.. I will definitely try to go back to Maui because it is paradise and will try to stay at this particular condo because it is the place that made you feel like you indeed are living in paradise..

Amazing!

I can't say enough to thank Dianne for not only a wonderful condo, but also for being such a wonderful host! The condo was SO clean and well appointed. We have stayed at many VRBO properties including The Big Island, Maui, Kauai, Florida (many times), Minnesota, Wisconsin, Texas, Mexico, Montreal, Rome, Venice... and NONE were as well appointed--all the details from the welcome basket, the beach chairs, umbrellas, the baggies, aluminum foil, paper products, soap, shampoo, and conditioner, condiments, etc. to the quality furnishings....not to mention the remarkable grounds and view! Dianne went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing, and was VERY quick to respond to our emails. The location is perfect for us who prefer to stay somewhere more quiet and laid back--away from the hustle and bustle and all the tourists. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for more, and thank you, Dianne, for everything!!

Beautiful spot

We really enjoyed our week at Dianne’s property! It was a beautiful place, location, and had everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you want to be centrally located. We even saw whales spouting in Maalaea Bay. Lovely spot!

A Nice Place in a convenient location

It was a great experience. Nice place that had everything you may need. The owner was understanding and helpful.... I loved the mirrors. It made it look very big. The location is the only thing to be considered. First.... this place is next to a harbor.... There was no real "beach" less than a ten minute walk. Good thing... if you choose to do an excursion the boats are right there. Also, the aquarium is within walking distance. Bad thing..... water is not as clear or nice being near a harbor. And no beach from the condo..... people were on the older side. There isn't any excitement nearby It is also 1/2 way between Kihea and Kaanapali beach. So we got to venture off and experience more beaches. All in all a great experience ! Thank you.
