We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was impeccably clean! Living space is roomy and comfortable. The house was stocked with everything, with tons of thoughtful touches made for a great stay. Our host made the check-in process very easy. They were easy to reach and provided great local information. The location is easy to access and close to everything.

In town for Duquesne graduation. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was impeccably clean. Everything seemed brand new. Great attention to all the details. Location was convenient to the city but with plenty of off street parking. Our host was very attentive to any questions we had. Great stay, thank you!

A Perfect Pittsburgh Stay with Luxury, Comfort, and an Exceptional HostOur family of five had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful four bedroom home in the Woods Run area of Pittsburgh. The house was spotless, spacious, and filled with thoughtful details that made it feel both luxurious and cozy. Each room had a large flat screen TV and incredibly comfortable beds. The bathrooms were stocked with high quality amenities, and while the water pressure could have been stronger, the showerheads offered a relaxing spa like experience.The kitchen had everything we needed and the sunny backyard deck with its brand new Weber grill was perfect for family meals. The quiet tree lined neighborhood made it easy to rest, and we even saw a family of deer nearby. Off street parking and being steps from Kuhn’s grocery store made things very convenient.We loved how central the location was. In just 15 minutes, we could reach everywhere downtown, PNC Park, Acrisure Stadium, Stage AE, the Rivers Casino, and the city’s best restaurants.Our host, Clayton Zelazowski, was outstanding. He checked in often, genuinely cared about our comfort, and welcomed us with a bottle of wine. In more than ten years of renting through VRBO, Clayton has been one of the best hosts we have ever had.If you want a clean, stylish, and perfectly located place to explore Pittsburgh, this home is the one. We would love to stay here again.

The home is close to all stadiums and just minutes away from any major Pittsburgh area feature making ride share options ultra assessable and convenient for concerts, sporting events and entertainment adventures for our guests in and around the downtown Pittsburgh and local University destinations.

Everything in this property is BRAND NEW from the roof shingles to the underground plumbing of the home. This home was fully restored to glory and represents the true Pittsburgh area craftsmanship dwelling of the early 1900's industrial renaissance where 4-square homes were build in the thousands as the city thrived. We maintained the original woodwork and beautiful stained glass windows to keep the original character of the home and opened the main floor area to create a more modern, open and usable floor plan. We added a few decorative lighting touches to enhance the experience for our guests as they enjoy the nostalgia of our beautifully updated and original Pittsburgh gem.
