Throw a stone to Table Rock Lake from your deck! Beautiful, fully remodeled from the floors to the cabinets to the furnishings...This newly listed (we just finished remodel) luxury lake retreat welcomes the entire family, including up to two well-behaved dogs (with flat $100 pet fee per stay). The lake is RIGHT THERE--as a result, it is a walk down unit with a long exterior staircase, but it is sturdy and wide and you`ll be distracted by the lake view the whole way down. The large deck invites you to enjoy coffee or an evening beverage and take in the view, or enjoy the tree-filtered lake view from both bedrooms--the master bedroom has three sets of windows for plenty of sunlight (with blackout shades for night). The open living room also faces the lake and includes a huge Smart TV and amazing sectional couch you sink into, dining table for six, and bar seating for two. The gorgeous kitchen features designer appliances, quartz countertops, a double oven, an espresso machine, keurig machine and drip coffee (take your pick of caffeine source!), with countertop-to-ceiling designer tile accented by open shelving. The master bedroom has three large windows looking out at the tree-filtered lake view with a comfortable California king bed, Smart TV, luxury duvet, dresser, and ample closet hanging space. The attached vanity has double sinks and jacuzzi tub/shower encased in a full tile surround. The guest bedroom has a custom California King bed with a 12` deep, full-sized Queen rolling trundle underneath, another large Smart TV, large closet, and yet another beautiful tree-filtered lake view with blackout shades. The stunning guest bath is off the hallway and has a shower/tub combo and sink. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living area for maximum privacy, but close enough parents of small children needn`t worry. You have access to a walking distance boat launch and boat trailer parking (please tell us if you`re bringing a boat so we can provide parking instructions). There is a lovely seasonal pool/hot tub 100 yards from the condo, (open Memorial Day-Labor Day), another larger pool a few minutes` drive up the hill, and a shallow lake beach great for kids (you might bring Crocs because Table Rock can be pretty pebbly). There are also pickleball courts, mini-golf, and a bbq area.
Kimberling City is an adorable little community in a tranquil, private setting only thirty minutes to the heart of Branson. You`re 3 minutes from downtown Kimberling, 15-20 minutes to Silver Dollar City (avoid the traffic coming from Branson!), and obviously right on Table Rock Lake! We try to think of everything our guests will need and truly spared no expense on this remodel. Please let us know if you`re traveling with babies/children (we have a Pack n Play), or if you have any other special requests. There is an exterior staircase down to access the condo (how else could you get so close to the lake!?), so if you have mobility concerns please take that into account. We allow dogs only (maximum of two, no cats), but if you bring them please add it to your reservation (we charge a pet fee) and keep them on a leash while on condo property (they can be off leash at the lake shoreline). Dogs are strictly not allowed on furniture or bedding so we can keep our home allergen-free for our other guests. We have three dogs ourselves and love bringing them to the lake but will need to charge for extra cleaning if your furry friend makes the couch or bed a home! A boat slip is not available, but you can rent one nightly at Port of Kimberling (about 12 mn away by car, 5 mn by boat), and we have free boat trailer parking (detached from trailer) in our convenient lot in the condo complex. Please let us know if you`re bringing a boat so we can provide instructions on parking and the pass you need to attach to your trailer (which is kept in the condo). It`s all very easy to manage and the launch is right next to the condo and trailer parking--we used to have a slip but now just launch daily when we stay there.
