Welcome to Horsin' Around! Nestled in the Historic District, the home is 4 miles from I-95 and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and events. Perfect for a stay during your travels or for longer stays in the area. You'll love its "equine inspired" decor, well-appointed amenities and cozy, comfortable feel. The lush green landscaping will add to your enjoyment. Picture yourself relaxing on the back porch with coffee or your favorite beverage. Three (non-working) fireplaces add to the ambiance of the property.

Horsin' Around is a clean, clutter-free, well-thought-out space for your every need. The spacious rooms offer a place for everyone. The family is perfectly situated to include the open kitchen. It includes a Roku TV and Bluetooth speaker, a record player with assorted vinyls. The well-appointed kitchen is open and spacious with everything you need from cookware to small appliances. The living room offers 2 plush sofas, with expansive bookshelves offering books of various topics. Also included are a game table and dry bar. The large dining room seats 6 with ample space for entertainment. The Master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the home from the other 2 bedrooms. It offers a King bed with premium linens, Roku TV, a private searing area, 2 full closets, and a full bathroom. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a full size bathroom. Both offer a Queen size mattress, and premium linens , full closets. Bedroom 3 has a Roku TV.
The back porch offers a relaxing area, with seating for 6, underneath a ceiling fan and twinkle lights. A gas grill is provided. We are pet friendly. We recommend that you maintain your pets on a leash while outdoor and clean up after your pets. We have provided water and food bowls, as well as treats and poop bags.
HORSES - if you are traveling with your horse and need overnight accommodations, we recommend Premier's Riding School, Walterboro, for overnight or extended stays.

Horsing Around

The beautiful interior of the house is very nice, with generously sized bedrooms, just perfect for relaxation. The location was close to everything. The house was very clean, and warm; actually felt as if I was at my own home. The host stayed in-touch I didn’t have to call for anything it was just as he said it would be. My grandchildren had a ball. It was fun for them asking questions about different things about the house. I would recommend this house. Would like to stay again.

Perfect Stay for Families and Pets

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious home! Traveling with two young children and our dog can sometimes be a challenge, but this rental made everything easy and enjoyable.The house was immaculately clean, thoughtfully stocked, and even more spacious than it appeared in the photos. There was plenty of room for the kids to play and for the adults to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals, and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, making naps and bedtime stress-free. We also really appreciated the little touches like games, books, and a washer/dryer — ideal for family travel.The location was peaceful but close to everything we needed. The host was responsive, kind, and made us feel very welcome.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any families (especially those with pets) looking for a relaxing and accommodating getaway!
