As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand soap). Professionally laundered quilts, bed sheets and bath towels are also included. Don't forget to pack your beach towels!

Washer and Dryer is in basement, accessed through rear yard. "Buttercup Belle" is the west-facing half of a duplex, with its own private entrance, yard and space.



The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.
