Hidden gem! When we pulled up I was not overly optimistic. Some curb appeal could be a nice touch for this cute trailer. Maybe some landscaping, a paint job and a proper driveway could spruce up the outside. However, the inside was perfect for our girls weekend kayaking on the Mohican. It was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The host even put out toiletries, which I don’t see often. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and cozy blankets. The backyard where the firepit is, could be a bit of a challenge. There is no access from the deck out back. The area is really nice, thought. Right on the river. The getting there could be a challenge for older folks or those with mobility issues. You have to go out the front door, around to the back and then navigate a small hill to get there. We were ok with it but wanted to point it out for anyone reading. Overall, it was a great stay. I would recommend this rental for small groups wanting to be in the heart of all the fun the area has to offer.

Relaxing space with all the items we needed to be comfortable.River view was amazing and the wildlife was awesome,deer and an eagle were cool to see.Nice seating on the deck,grill to make a summer dinner and a fire pit to set around in the evening.

Great place on the river. Very nice inside and the deck overlooking the river was awesome! We do a trip every year and this has been the best place by far! We will be back!
