Welcome to our fully furnished two-story 3 bedroom home in Columbus, Ohio's Forest Park East neighborhood. Each bedroom features a cozy queen bed and blackout shades perfect for a perfect night's sleep. There are 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers and a convenient downstairs guest bath. Complete your work at home projects in a quiet area of the home at a convenient desk area. This welcoming property also offers amenities such as high speed internet, smart TVs in each bedroom as well as the Family Room and, of course, heating and AC to ensure a soothing stay in both summer and winter. ALL utilities are provided. The well equipped kitchen offers the gourmet as well as the novice cook an opportunity to prepare delicious meals and beverages. Comfortable outdoor seating allows guests an opportunity the enjoy being outside either bar-b-cueing on the back patio or sitting on the front porch. And, of course, safety first with smoke and carbon monoxide both in the kitchen and in the garage detectors. The 2-car garage will keep your car out of the elements and the convenient laundry closet with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board is just the thing to keep guests wardrobe clean and neat. Cleaning services will be provided every 2 weeks during guests stays. We will be available to answer any questions during your stay.
