The space
Inspired by mountain modern homes from our time out west, the design of The Blue Spruce is bold, sleek, and luxurious.
You enter the newly renovated townhome to warm natural light flooding in windows that flank a one-of-a-kind electric black fireplace feature that houses a 50" Smart TV.
There is a designated desk with plenty of outlets, and fast WiFi for you to work or play. The living space is bright and open to the eat-in kitchen featuring loads of storage, a bar that seats 4 and a dining set that seats 2. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and essentials to get you started on your cooking as well as takeaway coffee cups. You will find an assortment of complimentary k-cups in the drawer beneath the Keurig K-Cup Duo.
The doorway in the kitchen will take you down to the master suite, as well as the utility room with the washer/dryer, utility sink and ironing supplies.
The lower level suite boasts a queen sized bed, 40" Smart TV and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful tile walk-in shower. The bedroom offers a nice closet with luggage rack and surprise built-in storage under the TV for all your belongings.
On the top floor are two hotel worthy bedrooms, both uniquely designed, with queen sized beds. They each are outfitted with Smart TV's, blackout curtains, sizable closets with luggage racks, and hangers to stow your things. The largest bedroom with the city skyline views has a remote controlled ceiling fan, which is located next to the light switch.
Off of the kitchen is a private back porch with a conversation set for you to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. Just past your private porch is the common backyard with ample green space for playing games or lounging in the sun. There is a common patio space with a custom built outdoor sectional and Adirondack chairs so you can cozy up to the fire table, day or night!
There is a single stall garage for you to park in while you stay with us! There is also ample on street parking just out front of the building.

You walk through the charming stone archway and enter The Blue Spruce through the door on the left hand side. Off the kitchen is a private patio space we hope you enjoy. We also have a beautiful communal outdoor living space equipped with a propane fire table (instructions on how to use are on the table - if you have any problems don't hesitate to reach out!). Please, make yourself at home!
