Welcome to Lake Life Condo, perfect for making memories at the lake. This waterfront condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. Enjoy gorgeous views of the main channel at mile marker 12. The complex offers access to two pools, a tennis court and clubhouse! Spend the day fishing off the community dock and enjoy the abundance of turtles swimming around the cove right from your balcony.

Need more room? The unit directly underneath is also managed by Ozark Shores so can sleep up to 13 guests.

Kitchen/Dining Room
This fully stocked kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, and a breakfast bar with seating for two. There is a formal dining area with seating for four.

Living Room
The living room features a couch with queen-sized sofa bed, accent chair, mounted flat screen TV, and doors that open up to the waterfront balcony.

Master bedroom
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, mounted flat screen TV, and doors for private access onto the balcony. There is an attached master bathroom with a double vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, and a closet.

Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Outside
Outside on the waterfront balcony you will find an electric grill, a conversational set for seating for the whole group and beautiful unobstructed views of the main channel.

Neighborhood Description
The Emerald Bay Condominium Complex offers access to two pools and a tennis court. Spend the day fishing off the community dock, and enjoy the abundance of turtles swimming around the cove right from your balcony. The complex is located on Horseshoe Bend, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, which offers amazing restaurants, family fun, and nightlife experiences. Just a hop and a skip away from all the shopping bars and dining experiences of Osage Beach.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
