Perfect vacation

This was a perfect place to stay for 6 adults. The condo was clean and comfortable. Location was great for our needs and the view was great. We enjoyed the deck. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot on the lake!

Beautiful condo with gorgeous view of the main channel of the lake! Had all the amenities listed and everything was in working order. Comfortable beds. Great balcony seating. Had a great weekend. Thank you~

This is a great place to stay. It sits next to the lake and very close to the pool. The condo was clean and roomy for 6 people. All amenities were there so we didn’t have to go out every day. I would highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing time and we loved this condo. It was clean had everything you would need in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. We plan to book again next year!

The pictures etc advertising were great....and upon entering the condo I was really happy and impressed. BUT so many little things that were disappointing. The air conditioner furnace was very loud when running. So loud that I would have to turn up the tv in order to hear it. It was very distracting. For a small condo it was hard to understand why a unit like this would be installed. It was 80 in the condo when I arrived and did not cool down and the loud fan did not shut off until later that evening. So for the entire 3 days I dreaded when it would come back on...yes I complained to Jason and he explained that it was new... Another point... I will not ever rent from a “company” again, only owners that actually stay in the condos occasional. The owners should have known this about the air/furnace.....No coffee cups available, they dishes were all still in the dishwasher. No towels available, the were still in the dryer. I had to fold them and put them away! The king size bed had a PLASTIC mattress pad, very noisy and made you sweat...an owner would not sleep on that plus the bottom sheet did not fit the bed. All the pillows in the condo were hard as a rock. Another indication that the owners did not stay here, only rented it out. I was so impressed with the balcony furniture - tha sectional couch looked very inviting in the pictures and was one of the reasons I chose this condo BUT the cushions were filthy.. and old.... tried to at least turn them over to be able to sit on them and there was mold on some of the cushions.... And you also advertised 2 TVs and cable.... unfortunately there was only cable available in the living room not the bedroom.....SIRRY TO SAY I WONT RECOMNEND THIS CONDO TO ANYONE. I have stayed in other condos in Emerald Bay and loved it.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Very dirty. Left a day early.

Could have definitely given this place a 5 star if it weren't for it being so dirty. There were cobwebs on the ceilings and the deck was extremely dirty. Cobwebs everywhere, the outside sofa is in bad shape with stains and mold and the fan looks like it hasn't been cleaned for months. We didn't feel like cleaning on our weekend getaway and were very disappointed so we left a day early. Have pictures to back this up if anyone would like to see. The bed was very comfortable though and the place could be fantastic if it was properly cleaned. We didn't bother contacting the property manager as there was nothing that needed maintenance. Unless you consider cleaning maintenance. Just thought that should be expected.

Beautiful and Awesome!

Condo was everything and more, very clean and upscale accommodations. Very peaceful, loved the view from the condo! Everything we needed and enjoyed our trip! Only suggestion to the host would be to provide a toaster. Otherwise every thing we needed and more was provided. Would recommend again and again. We hope to visit again soon.

Great for a family on a budget

There were others staying there who thought it was funny to shotgun beers in the pool so my family didn't hang out there much. We loved the deck, it over looked the water and directly below we could see huge fish and turtles. The place was nice and had more than we expected. The kitchen allowed us to cook all our meals and save money.
