Vous pourrez pêcher depuis votre propre quai ou vous rendre sur les plages de Tybee. À la fin de la journée, vous pouvez aller à la cabane à crabe pour déguster les meilleurs fruits de mer sur Tybee.

Cette efficacité 1BR / 1BA est exactement ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade en couple agréable.

Nous avons en fait décidé de rester dans le condo, qui est au-dessus du condo d'origine., Le condo dans lequel nous avons séjourné était impeccable. Une salle de bains BR et une salle de bains et demi. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner. Le lit et le canapé étaient très confortables. Le balcon extérieur avait aussi de beaux meubles confortables. Captain Jacks nous à quelques pas du Condo, ce qui est certainement une bonne idée. Chaque matin, nous nous levions et allions au quai pour pêcher et crabe. La seule chose que nous avons vraiment aimé laver la vie privée et de cette unité. . C'était très calme et paisible !!! Tyner Beach est à seulement 1, 5 miles. Jimmy Edwards, le propriétaire, est incroyable! Il est tellement gentil et aimable. et laisse ses locataires profiter de leur séjour. En d'autres termes, ne vous dérange pas sauf si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Donc, intimider les pollinisateurs, placez-vous près du paradis, alors c’est un endroit pour, c’est l’endroit pour vous. Jimmy, merci d'avoir répondu si rapidement à nos appels et à nos SMS., Merci de votre gentillesse et de votre jovialité, chaque fois que nous avons appelé pour poser des questions. Vous êtes merveilleux. Nous serons de retour!!!

Very comfortable and relaxing stay on Tybee Island

Great place to spend a few days while checking out the area. The dock was very relaxing and convenient to be able to fish and bird watch from. My wife and I would definitly recomend staying here

Location was good. Definitely need to eat at the Crabshack just up the street. The downside of the place is the smell inside and it could use a better cleaning crew.

I loved the boat dock behind the property. I went down in the morning and I felt as if I was somewhere far far away from anywhere. I sat and watched the birds dive for breakfast and just listened to all the sounds in nature. I have no complaints about my stay. I look forward to visiting again.

Trip to Savannah

The condo looked like the pictures on the site. The area was very quiet and was easy to find. The only downside for us was the distance to Savannah I did not realize how far (approx 20 mins) it was when we wanted to go back to go out to eat. Other than that it was a pleasant place to stay.

The condo was perfect for a couple to spend their anniversary weekend in. Clean, neat and private. Would def recommend. Ceilings are kinda low so someone over 6'4" would'nt fair well.

Anniversary weekend trip

3 condos, 1 up & 2 down. We stayed in the left down condo. Dead end street in a quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to beach and stores. Nice screened in back porch and floating dock. Home has moisture, but that’s to be expected being on the water. Would definitely book again.

Overall the property was what I was looking for

The place was quaint and quite, what I was looking for during my trip to Savannah. My only problem during my 3 day stay, the whole place smelled musty like wet dog and the tub was cracked and shower didn't spray well. Minor maintenance. All in all 5 stars.

Overall very nice and cozy

I loved the place , it was nice and cozy and loved having our own patio and dock.The one thing I didn't like was the deadbolt would not work at all on the front door.That gave an uneasy feeling at night and when we were gone. I also could not get the bedroom TV to turn on. I would still come back it was a quiet getaway for our first time in Tybee Island.

Highly recommend

The only real issue was the bath tub has a cracked in it and they put tape on it instead of repairing or replacing the unit and there was no shower handle it was missing again an easy fix but it wasn't. The property owner was great to work with he decorated the place for my wife's birthday and Christmas at a very reasonable rate. A great person to work with.

Quiet relaxing and great location.

The Palms Cottage is a great location to visit Savannah without having to stay in city. It is a quiet neighborhood with a nice view of a cove out back. Nice area to take my dog for a walk everyday. The cottage is close to the beach and all the shops and restuarants that Tybee Beach has to offer. Savannah is a short ride away. Jimmy is a great host and was quick to respond to my questions. We happen to stay during the Covid-19 visus crises. We left a day early heeding all the government warnings. Jimmy contacted HomeAway and secured reimbursed for the one day cancelation. Thanks again Jimmy and HomeAway.

Thank you Kurt for working with us during this difficult time. The COVID-19 quarantine caught us all by surprise. Cancelling and refunding everyone's reservations was not an easy thing to do. But, it was the right thing to do, and I am happy to have been able to service our current and future guests this way.

Sweet Little Apartment

We stayed here with the intention of visiting Savannah, which was about a 20-25 min. drive. It was a comfortable place to stay. I was with friend and she took the bed while I used the sofa bed, which was surprisingly comfortable. The kitchen was nice, but was not well stocked with cookware. OK to do simple meals. Great refrigerator and stove. All were clean. If you are looking for upper end accommodations you will be disappointed. Felt this was a decent place for a reasonable price. Also, the beaches are less than 10 min. away and they are AMAZING!

Backs up to waterway

that we found interesting to watch the rise and fall of water/tide in our backyard. If your tall this unit is not for you, very low ceilings and shower. I couldn't fully stretch b/c my arms hit the ceiling and I'm 5'7". Close to Huckapo pizza bar - which is a must go to while on the island - so much fun and great pizza!

Welcome to Tybee Island! I am a proud native Savannah-ian! Savannah and Tybee Island have grown and changed a lot over the years, all for the better! When I was a kid, they called this Savannah Beach! When my mom was younger, they held dances on the pavilion, which has since burned and has now been replaced by the Tybee Pier and Pavilion. Savannah was established in 1733, so there is much history to be found in our beautiful downtown too! I am continuing the family tradition with my wife and two sons (8 and 17 months) by ensuring they enjoy the benefits of coastal living too. The photo of me and my son were taken on the Back River at Tybee.

We purchased this property as a second home and investment property in 2004. We began renting the Tybee Island Pelican Drive house last year (2013) with great success and have expanded that to both downstairs units this year. This house is used by our family, and we enjoy it quite a bit. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Pelican house is true Tybee living at its best. The house is backed by Chimney Creek, a tidal creek. The creek has six feet of water at high tide and goes completely dry at low tide, exhibiting the extreme tide changes that we experience at Tybee. You can fish and crab out of your back door or just enjoy the sun on the secluded floating dock. Out of the front door, you have the beautiful marsh and coastal winds 24 hours a day.
