Come enjoy the beach views, take deep breaths by the beach. Lets the kids enjoy the pool. Come to Tybee, Come to Savannah! Come to our lovely condo by the beach!

This condo is located in a private gated community located on Tybee's quiet North Beach. The complex is beachfront with private access to the beach. There is a pool, kiddie pool and tennis courts in the condo complex.

This fully furnished condo has a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a nice balcony. The unit is on the first floor. The building is up on stilts about 6 feet, so there are some steps. However, there is a ramp in case you need that. The boardwalk from this community leads straight to the beach and is about one minute walk.
Enjoy the scenic views of the beautiful sunsets, pods of dolphins and pelicans, cargo ships entering the famous Savannah river.

The condo was charming and just perfect for our visit. We were steps from the beach and it was beautiful. The host was wonderful and always had quick answers to our questions. I highly recommend this property and thank our host for her kindness.

Host was very welcoming and very responsive and we loved being with walking distance of the beach. We did notice a moldy coffee filter and some cosmetic updates to the condo would be helpful!

Location of this condo is great-close to beach & pool. Everything as represented but a tight squeeze for 3 adults, perfect for two. Suggest repair to sliding door to deck for security since this is a ground floor condo, but we enjoyed our stay and Tybee Island is a great getaway

It was a fantastic stay! The owner has done a great job making this space attractive and welcoming. The bed is exceptionally comfortable and there are a lot of details and special touches to make your vacation a good one. I’ve stayed in a lot of Savannah Beach and Racquet Club units and this is definitely a favorite!

This trip was an end-of-summer getaway with my husband to relax and enjoy some time away from home after I had a surgery back in July. The condo was perfect for just the two of us. It had everything we needed for few days, and the location was right next to the beach and pool. The condo had all amenities we needed. I did notice there wasn't an oven (which I would have liked to have if staying longer), but we didn't need one for the few days we were there. If my grandkids had been with us then we might have needed one. However, there was a microwave, stove top, and toaster oven to cook with.The condo community was nice, well kept, and quiet. The pool was great, though a little cool since it is September. The beach walkway is right outside the building from this condo, making it a short walk to the sand. Be informed about high tides, because there's almost no usable beach during this time, unlike other parts of the island where we've stayed in the past. Obviously, this isn't an issue with the condo, just information for others.Water pressure was perfect in the shower. The bed was comfortable. The sliding glass door needs some work (maybe some oil) because it was difficult to open and close.The host was wonderful about sending and replying to messages in a timely manner. I would certainly stay in this condo again.

I have stayed at many VRBOs and was previously a VRBO provider and have always been pleased with my accommodations. I was extremely disappointed in the condition of the unit and the provisions. Photos are provided. In addition to the obvious need for maintenance and just general upkeep the following need to be addressed. The coffee maker did not work, probably clogged due to need for scaling. Both clocks not working, probably need batteries. Bathroom sink faucet was corroding as well as drain which had no guard with trash caught in the trap. A bathmat would have been appreciated as well as at least 1 dishwasher pod. Kitchen chair broken, sliding glass door to deck was in need of maintenance as it was very difficult to open and close. Unit badly in need of paint. Could not watch TV in living area as remote was damaged and unable to change stations. No instructions given as to what to do at check out with linens,trash, etc. WiFi instructions not included at checkin. Did appreciate the beach towels, beach chairs and skim boards provided.

German roach infestation is ridiculous. Complained to the owners with no offer of a resolution for our stay. Do not recommend.
