Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



This property has a 12-month minimum term.



Please note that this home requires the completion and approval of a condo board application (approx $500 in associated fees). The board review could take up to approx 10 days for approval. Utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
