Venez nous rejoindre et se dĂ©tendre dans cette confortable maison loin de la maison sur 20 acres dans les vergers de pommiers sur Golden Glow Farm. La maison dispose d'une belle terrasse oĂč vous pourrez profiter d'une vue sur les montagnes au loin pendant que les enfants jouent dans la grande cour au bord du verger. Ce mĂȘme point de vue est disponible Ă  travers les grandes baies vitrĂ©es dans les salons et salle Ă  manger, et la suite de maĂźtre.

La suite spacieuse de maßtre sur le niveau principal est parfait pour un couple qui cherche un week-end. Ou amener toute la famille et la maison va dormir confortablement 8-9 lorsque les trois chambres supplémentaires sont utilisés. Le grand salon et plusieurs aires de repos seront fournir un grand espace pour socialiser avec votre famille et vos amis.

La maison est facile Ă  certaines des meilleures attractions de la rĂ©gion. Une demi-heure en voiture, vous pouvez obtenir des sentiers dans DuPont State Forest, ForĂȘt nationale de Pisgah ou Chimney Rock State Park randonnĂ©e. Burntshirt Vignes et Saint Paul Winery sont Ă  moins de 5 minutes de la maison. La nouvelle, conviviale et familiale Sierra Nevada Brewery est Ă  seulement 20 minutes.

Parce que notre maison est situĂ©e dans un verger de travail, il y aura des activitĂ©s verger pĂ©riodiquement, tels que la taille, la pulvĂ©risation et la cueillette des pommes. Ces activitĂ©s peuvent ĂȘtre intĂ©ressant et instructif d'observer et devraient ĂȘtre minimalement perturber votre sĂ©jour. Plusieurs hectares de vieux arbres ont Ă©tĂ© enlevĂ©s pour faire place Ă  de nouvelles variĂ©tĂ©s, plus compactes dans l'avenir. Pour un couple d'annĂ©es, cette terre sera plantĂ© dans le soja ou d'autres cultures dans le cadre d'un rajeunissement du sol. Cependant, les cinq lignes plus proches de la maison sont encore existantes. La vue est spectaculaire quand les arbres sont en pleine floraison. Prenez un aprĂšs-midi, promenade en retard sur les deux miles de sentiers boisĂ©s et il ya une bonne chance que vous allez rencontrer ma femme et moi, que nous marchons nos chiens.

Hendersonville heaven!

Really lovely property great for a family stay and very responsive host. Love the view, convenient location to downtown Hendersonville, nice to have three king bedrooms for couples. Very well stocked kitchen, which was great for meals.Alli our contact was so helpful and responsive!Highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again if we get back there!

First trip to Hendersonville

The house is much bigger than you would think being that it is around 70 years old. Plenty of room for my family and the grounds were beautiful. Will definitely stay here again when we travel here again.

Wonderful, well-stocked and super convenient home

We had a wonderful stay and the property owners were lovely to work with! I really appreciated that they went above and beyond to make our Christmas vacation lovely. The home was decorated, even with a small tree, which meant a lot to me. The house is probably the most well-stocked house that I've ever seen. Not only did they have tons of spices, lots of pots/pans, cutlery, but also a crock pot, mixers, basic supplies (sugar, etc.), and even aluminum foil and plastic wrap. In the days when a lot of folks don't even give you enough toilet paper rolls to make it through your stay, they really tried to think of everything that you could need. The property is large and we enjoyed being able to walk our dog around the orchard behind the house. The house is *super* convenient to Hendersonville (one of our favorite towns) and the highway to get to Asheville as well as tons of stores. It feels so secluded, but there's an Ingles, a Walmart, and multiple restaurants like 5 minutes up the road. The views are also lovely!The only negative, which I think was some kind of glitch with VRBO, is that the listing stated that they had a hot tub, but they didn't and never have. When I spoke to them about it, they were super apologetic and got it sorted out. I'm wondering if VRBO has some AI function that adds it since they had a picture of a jacuzzi tub in the master. But in either case, they were very kind to give us a discount on our stay b/c of the mixup. Would definitely come back!

Holiday week

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the property! Everything was as advertised, and the hosts were very responsive. The bedrooms were all away from a very comfortable living room which afforded privacy for anyone wanting to turn in early. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary cooking tools and the dining area comfortably fit our group of seven adults. We loved the trip, and we will definitely rent this property again. JD

A wonderful experience!

Right away we felt welcomed. The house is clean, comfortable, well appointed, spacious and close to all the places we planned to visit. Morning coffee on the patio was especially nice. We enjoyed walking the trails on the property. My Golden Retriever had the best time exploring the expansive yard. Even he was sad to leave. And the view was just marvelous. Definitely will book another stay!

Perfect family getaway

Owner communicated well from the time of booking and that continued during our stay. The home was perfect for our family to get together and have plenty of room for board games, puzzles, cooking, and eating. We enjoyed the porches and walks around the orchard. Perfect get-away

Our Second Stay

We loved this property so much last year that we rented it again this year and would absolutely stay again! The house is perfectly located just outside Hendersonville and a short drive to Asheville and Lake Lure. It's clean, the beds are comfortable, and the patio overlooking the apple orchard is our happy place!

Weekend Stay

This home is such a hidden little gem. We needed a place to stay to watch my daughter’s horse show in Asheville for the weekend and I wish I could’ve stayed longer. There was plenty of room for a family of four, pets, and in laws to stay. Also grandparents and friends came over for dinner. We will def be back

Best Rental house EVER

We were amazed with the view from this property and how well prepared the home was for our arrival - all beds made, towels in place and even a roll of paper towels ready in the kitchen. House plenty of room for our family of 9 and had multiple areas to gather or to separate out with the covered the porch, the living room and the den area by the kitchen. We can't wait to rent this home again.

My wife and I welcome you to the home and farm where I was born and raised. My mother and father built the home in the early 1950's on farm property purchased by my grandfather in the 1920's. We had the good fortune in 2003 to be able to purchase a summer cottage on twenty acres adjacent to my father's property from another family member. That cottage is where we live full time. Although we are located here, our daughter Alli is in Atlanta and manages the bookings for us, so your initial contact will be with her.

The house is located in a beautiful rural setting but is convenient to shopping and downtown Hendersonville. It’s a peaceful place to just relax or as a resting place from your busy days at all the activities available in the area.

Although this was my childhood home, it has been renovated over the years and is such a wonderful place for family or friends to gather. Most of the family agrees that the patio is the place to be. But even a rainy afternoon can't spoil the trip. Just open the large windows on the back porch and read a book or take a nap while you listen to the rain.
