Dogs Welcome
Up to two dogs stay free. The fully fenced backyard gives your pups room to play.
Please pick up pet waste, keep pets off beds and furniture, remove excessive pet hair before departure, and do not leave pets unattended without prior approval.
Cats and other animals are not permitted due to severe allergies.
Outdoor Space & Parking
Enjoy a private fenced backyard with outdoor seating and games.
Free parking is available in the U-shaped driveway for up to four vehicles.
Neighborhood
The Bungalow is located in a historic, diverse, and evolving Charlotte neighborhood close to Uptown. You'll find a mix of longtime residents, renovated homes, new construction, and everyday city activity. Guests seeking a quiet suburban or resort-style setting may prefer another location.

Checkout
Before departure, please:
Start the dishwasher or wash used dishes
Remove food from the refrigerator
Take trash to the outdoor bins
Return games and household items
Sign out of streaming accounts
Remove pet waste and excessive pet hair
No need to strip beds or wash linens—we'll take care of that.
Important Information
Our home is professionally maintained but not brand new, so minor cosmetic wear may be present.
The home is regularly serviced by a licensed pest control company. Because of Charlotte's climate, occasional insects or local wildlife may be seen during your stay and are not considered signs of an infestation.
Guests have private access to the home, driveway, backyard, and outdoor spaces. Some owner storage closets remain locked.
The home is single-story with four steps at the entrance.
Exterior security cameras monitor the front entrance, driveway, and street only. There are no interior cameras.
As a pet-friendly home, occasional pet hair may remain despite professional cleaning.
Additional Charges
Our goal is to never charge additional fees. Charges apply only when extra cleaning, repairs, or House Rule violations occur.
Parties or gatherings: $1,000 + damages
Unauthorized guests: $150 per person, per day
Excessive cleaning or pet hair: $80/hour
Pet waste left in the yard: $150
Late checkout without approval: $25 per 15 minutes
Undisclosed pets: $75 per pet
Damaged towels: $20 each
Damaged sheets: $70 each
Damaged comforters: $100 each
Cancellation Policy
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable if a reservation is canceled, as they are retained by the payment processor.
House Rules
Primary guest must be at least 21 years old
No third-party bookings
Registered guests only; visitors require prior approval
No parties or events
No smoking, vaping, marijuana, illegal substances, candles, incense, fireworks, or open flames
Do not move furniture or attach items to walls
Commercial photography or filming requires prior approval
Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM
Guests living within approximately one hour of Charlotte require approval before booking
Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges, cancellation without refund, and removal from the property.
