Superbe emplacement Lakefront!

Magnifiquement rénové, deux étages, deux suite parentale sur l'eau!
Superbe petit complexe privé et tranquille sur la magnifique rive nord du lac Tahoe.
Nous avons possédé dans ce complexe pendant 50 ans, mais récemment acheté le premier
unité de fin et a procédé à l'intestin et remodeler entièrement. C'est confortable et chic.
Il y a deux chambres de maître à l'étage avec salle de bains. L'un a une douche de plain-pied tandis que l'autre a un combo baignoire / douche jacuzzi de 6 pieds. Il y a une demi-bain en bas. Chacun a un lit Cal King. Ce condo est idéal pour 4 adultes mais ne convient pas aux jeunes enfants.
La nouvelle cuisine est entièrement équipée.
Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse.
Nous avons trois téléviseurs de 55 "
Il y a une terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur le lac du salon et une chambre principale.
Nous avons également un patio privé pavé pour se détendre et griller.
Nous sommes situés directement sur le lac avec une plage privée, une marina et une plateforme de natation.
Il y a un magnifique sentier pédestre sur deux milles le long de la rive du lac.
La station de ski Diamond Peak est à 5 minutes. Northstar est à 15 minutes et Squaw et Alpine à 1/2 heure.
Tahoe City est également à 15 minutes. Il y a un golf de classe mondiale et la randonnée à quelques minutes.
Incline Village a des magasins et des restaurants, mais avec une petite ville, une atmosphère pittoresque.
Nous pensons que c'est le meilleur endroit sur le lac! Les doigts dans le nez!

Amazing!!!

We loved staying at this home. It’s beautifully decorated and comfortable. It included everything you need for a great stay anytime of year! The views of the lake are magnificent.

Enchanting Location

We have stayed here before and love the location. The view of the lake is enchanting and we love watching its many moods as the sun crosses the sky or as a storm moves through. Comfy and well stocked, definitely one of our favorites!

This stunning view and location is incredible! Mary is so helpful and wonderful to work with setting up the stay. It is well stocked and very comfy. We are repeat visitors and will no doubt be back!!!

This was our 2nd stay at this condo and it didn't disappoint. Fantastic location, comfortable accommodations, and easy access makes it a great getaway from the Sacramento area.We went at the perfect time of year (for us) after the summer crowds and before the skiing season. It was peaceful and very relaxing. Would definitely go back again.

Fabulous Lakefront

The lakefront condo we rented was like brand new with tasteful decor and a breathtaking view of the lake. The location was perfect , quiet but with lots of amenities and has a great walking and biking path to the best restaurant and beaches.

Family vacay with adult kids

Beautiful views of Lake Tahoe. Right on the lake in a nice neighborhood. Close to everything. Nicely decorated. Plenty of space for everyone. Huge sliding doors in master bedroom leads to balcony. No A/C but ceiling fans were fine at night and early morning. Owner replies very quickly to any questions. Would definitely return in the future.

The perfect vacation

From start to finish, this was the perfect vacation for our family! Mary's communication from the original booking to check out was exceptional. The condo is extremely clean and beautifully remodeled. The lake is literally just outside the deck and steps away. This end unit is very private and the courtyard is an added bonus for a quiet, sunny place. Highly recommended!

Run don't walk to this rental.

We absolutely loved our stay in Lake Tahoe and this rental added to our trip. The place is even nicer in person. You are directly on the lake with amazing views. The place has been remodeled and very cute. We loved staying in Incline Village. It is quieter there but that is what we wanted. It is easy to drive to Tahoe City and Emerald Bay and only 40 minutes from the Reno airport. Moreover, the communication was stellar and could not recommend this rental enough!

Absolutely amazing!!

I can’t wait to stay here again! It is such a beautiful and relaxing place. My best friends from high school and I live all over the country so we don’t get to see each other as often as we would like. At least once a year, we all vacation together somewhere and this year we went here. The house is beautiful, recently remodeled, and the location right on the lake couldn’t be better. We saw some gorgeous sunsets while sipping wine on the balcony! Mary was a fantastic host - so welcoming and kind! I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!! Breathtaking views!

The lake views from the condo were beyond our expectations! So peaceful and beautiful to see! We were were also excited to see the snow on the grounds too while we were there. The condo was spotlessly clean and had new furniture, decor, appliances, kitchenware, linens,.... It was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of closet space and dresser drawer space to store our clothing for the week. Bathrooms were great too! Mary, the owner, was great with communication before and during our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. We had time to tour the whole Lake Tahoe area during our stay and we were very happy we ended up at this property in Incline Village. It couldn't have been better!

Beautiful Property & Beautiful Location

The owner promptly responded to all inquiries, offered recommendations, and provided check-in information well prior. The property is beautiful and views of the lake can't be beat. We did not cook but it appeared the kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. Linens and mattresses were fabulous. All around 5-star experience.

Peaceful and Beautiful

Both the location and the lakefront condo were peaceful and beautiful. One couldn't ask for anything more in a property. And communication with the owner was always easy. We were sad to leave, but we know we will someday return to this slice of heaven.

Very Relaxing!!!

My wife and I were very reluctant to leave but unfortunately we had to. We love the Tahoe area and this home helped to make it especially relaxing as we were able to have our afternoon tea on the balcony after spending the day hiking and touring. Communication with Mary was terrific and she made us feel so welcome in her home. We highly recommend staying in this home and will do so again in the future. Thanks so much! Phil and Theresa
