We are sorry to hear of your continued disappointment. As advised throughout your stay and in conversations after, the pool cannot be heated. We also do not advertise the pool as being able to be heated. You did purchase spa heat for your stay, and the unit was unfortunately not able to be reset properly to be used during your three days. It was for this reason that we issued a refund for the amount of the spa heat. We certainly understand the disappointment in not being able to use the pool, however, regrettably cannot control the temperatures of the water when external temperatures are lower. Had this been inquired about prior to booking, our team certainly would have advised that April tends to be cooler and if use of a pool is required, you would want to book one that is able to be heated. Additionally, we do see that you requested a late departure during your stay. We are always happy to assist when we are able in this regard. As explained at the time of your inquiry, we did advise that we had another guest arriving on the same day and required the full amount of time to be able to appropriately clean the home prior to their arrival and thus would maintain our advised departure time of 10am. We are sorry that you feel you did not receive adequate service. We do feel that we explained all aspects consistently and thoroughly throughout the process and provided the products and services as advertised.

Thank you for your feedback. First, please allow us to apologize for any misunderstanding or miscommunication regarding recommendations for having a car. Mostly, renting one is personal preference for what guests are wanting to do during their trip. Many of our guests find that it is not necessary if they are not planning on leaving or moving around the island, but many guests also enjoy the flexibility of having a vehicle. I can advise that all of our homes with a private pool have weekly cleaning. This is to ensure that all of our guests have a clean and safe pool during their stay. We are sorry if this interfered with your party utilizing the feature. I have passed your comments regarding the beach gear to our partners at VayKGear for them to handle as they feel necessary.
