Perfect local

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In town to get our property cleared we found the location perfectly close to everything. Cute with a great outdoor hangout. The treehouse suite is perfect to give two couples privacy, one in the house and the treehouse. We do travel with our fire stick so watching the weekend games was not a problem!

Enjoyed our visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank you for a lovely stay. The house was very nice and comfortable. The only small issue we noticed was that the microwave hadn’t been cleaned and was a bit dirty. Just wanted to let you know for future guests. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit!!

The property and location are great; everything is around you. And the drive to the Rockport beach, the main reason for the stay, is wonderful. Although the listing does say washer and dryer, there is none. And the left side of the house (looking from front) is not fenced, so one must be aware if they have untrained dogs. Other than that, the house is charming with plenty of space for a small family, the neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. We would stay here again.

Super cute house!

The house is very cute. The neighborhood is charming. It’s a spacious house with nice amenities. The beds were so comfy. If you have a big group and you plan on cooking, there are only 4 plates and 4 bowls so plan accordingly. The listing says it’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and that you can walk to shopping, and while you probably could walk you won’t want to. There aren’t sidewalks or safe places to cross. Really a great house overall!

Mixed Review

Pros: The home itself was very cute and clean. The casita in the backyard was great! This property would have been absolutely awesome except for the cons we had with our own personal experience.Cons: The property was advertised as having a fenced yard (one main reason we chose this location) and a washer and dryer which it didn’t have. The yard was not fully fenced in (open walkway on one side of house) which made having pups there difficult and had to keep them on leashes where there was tall grass in backyard where we stepped in dog feces from previous stays. The property manager did have someone come cut the grass the following day. I personally love having the ability to wash swimsuits and towels between trips to the beach (not a biggie for some but another reason we chose it).
