Blue Crab Cove | Rooftop Deck + Kayak Launch

Blue Crab Cove is a brand-new canal-front home that features amazing views of both the sunrise and the sunset from the unobstructed private rooftop deck. The main living space of this home on the second level has an open concept living room and well-appointed kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while a third bedroom and an additional bathroom are housed below.

Kick back on a large sectional sofa for movie nights in the open concept living room. The pristine kitchen charms with blue crab decor throughout and is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a French-door refrigerator, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and a dining table with seating for six. Enjoy the coastal breeze with alfresco meals on the deck, appointed with a gas grill and views of the canal.

This Copano Cove home can accommodate up to 8 guests and two pets. The primary offers a king-size bed, flat-screen television, and en-suite primary bathroom with a large custom tiled shower that features a built-in bench and a rainfall showerhead. The first guest bedroom has two extra-long twin-size beds and flat-screen television. The guest bath offers a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom is found downstairs with its own entrance and personal climate control and has a twin-over-full bunk bed, flat screen television, and private bathroom.

Blue Crab Cove is the perfect home for outdoor gatherings with friends and family. The large, fenced backyard and covered patio have two picnic tables set up, the perfect area to unwind for seafood boils, or grilling out! The boat dock offers a kayak launch area, underwater green light, and access to crab traps to catch the many blue crabs in the canal! New overhead green light installed June 2024. There is also an outdoor sun shower. If you are adventurous, you can climb up to the rooftop deck, complete with safety rails and patio chairs. This area offers the most amazing views of the water in every direction, perfect for early morning coffee while watching the sunrise, or tropical cocktails during the sunset.

The Blue Crab Cove house was perfect for the 2 of my granddaughters & their boy friends & dogs. The fenced in yard was perfect. I personally loved everything about the kitchen since that’s where I spent most of my time keeping everyone fed. Very well equipped with very nice pots, pans & utensilsThe beds very comfortable & the walk in shower My son lives in Rockport area so he would take everyone out on his boat duck hunting then come back to help with grilling.We all had a wonderful trip & would definitely love to stay at The Blue Crab Cove house again.

This was our second time staying here, and once again everything was excellent. The property is spotless, comfortable, and perfectly stocked with everything we needed. We had a very minor issue during our stay, but the host responded immediately and resolved it without any hassle. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness! Everything about this home is exactly as it appears in the listing. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable king bed. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Even though it was hot and humid, the covered deck was a welcome respite and the crows nest was an added bonus for sunset and sunrise views. Very quiet neighborhood and great communication with management team.

Great Getaway

My family really enjoyed our stay! We were able to catch blue crab off the dock and cook it one evening. We brought our kayak and put into the canal. The views from the decks are really lovely. We had never been to Rockport and really loved the laid back style. Wish we could of stayed a bit longer!

Rockport 2024 visit

Very clean and nice house. The balcony on the third floor is a perk. The third bedroom downstairs is a little small but it’s private.

Mini trip to Rockport

We loved the house. It was super clean and super comfortable. We loved the decks on the house. The sunsets were beautiful from the top observation deck. We also enjoyed watching all the fish jumping in the canal. We wish we would have brought some fishing supplies.

Quiet getaway on Copano Bay with great views

We enjoyed a fantastic week at Blue Crab Cove, with our very own cove-side dock for easy fishing and kayaking. The property is exactly like it looks in the photos, only better! Not only do you have fantastic views from every deck, but we were pleasantly surprised by water views from every room, not to mention sooo much sunlight. Neighbors were very friendly and our pups loved playing in the fenced yard while we lounged on the dock. It’s quiet and out of the way, but still just a quick 10-min drive to Fulton or downtown Rockport. We’ll definitely come back here again!

Nice canal home

Very nice new construction home. Fenced yard is great for pets. Dock is great with fish cleaning station. Crab traps were handy We caught crabs but no fish in the canal. Water was over 90 so I don’t recommend this canal for summer fishing. Might be good in cooler months. Host was great. Everything worked and was comfortable.

My family and I stayed at the location for about a week. The house was clean but definitely had a smokers smell. Upon arrival, we were told our check in time would be 30 minutes delayed due to the cleaning crew running behind schedule. When we got there the cleaning lady mentioned the dryer not working properly and that was the cause of the delay…. I called maintenance the following day and they did send a guy out several days later but the problem was only fixed temporarily. I had to buy febreeze plug ins and candles to off set the smell of the house. I also purchased cleaning supplies bc the house wasnt stocked with any of that. The linens such as the top comforters and throw blanket on the couch didn’t look or smell like they were washed prior to our stay. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The house was in a good location to fish. The yard was a good size for a dog and kids to run around but the yard hadn't been mowed and had a lot of stickers. The yard guy did come on our last full day there. The lay out of the house was good. The house was very well lit indoor and outdoor. Overall, my family had a great time. If the issues I listed are addressed the next family should have a five star experience.

Last minute trip

This property was all that it said it was. We stayed for the weekend to be able to just head to the beach. The views from the deck were nice and my kids loved it. I wish we hadn’t forgotten out fishing gear though.

Great House

Very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Loved the yard for our dogs. Location just about 10-15 minutes from town. Perfect location for family. Not tons to do in the area but plenty of places to eat and sometimes that’s exactly what you are looking for. It was very cold and windy for our stay so thankfully the house was a comfortable stay for binging tv.

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It is probably the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed at. It had the smell of a newly built home. The kids loved casting their rods off the dock in the backyard and the beach was only a 15-20 minute drive from the rental. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean property in the area.
