Overall great place! Good neighborhood.. a 15 min ride to the ballpark. Upgrades to the carpet and paint would solidify this properties already solid ratings.

The house is beautiful, clean, and in a great location! Check in and out we’re a breeze and Ms. Ruby is the nicest! We will definitely book again if we are in the area!

Stayed here for a long weekend with my family. Check in was straightforward. House is beautifully decorated and was in a great location. Would stay here again if in the area.

Ruby made this stay very easy - clear instructions on how to access as well as departure requests. The townhome was very comfortable to stay in - we were there over the Christmas holidays with our adult children visiting and spending some nights. Bathrooms were plentiful and clean. The Nest thermostats for the air conditioning worked well - it was hot in Atlanta that week. And everyone loved the decor and artwork throughout the house, very fun!

The town house is lovely. Had little difficulty with getting through the gate. Ruby called the office to let us in.

It's a beautiful two bedroom townhouse. Not 3 bedroom. There is an oversized chair in a small room that should really be an office. There is no way 7 adults can stay there. There were supposed to be 4 of us, but one person couldn't make it, which left 3, and there were only 2 towels. I had to dry off with a hand towel after getting out of the shower. In the main bedroom, on 2 of the pillowcases there appeared to be blood. Needless to say I did not use those. Fortunately there were decorative pillows on the bed as well. Also, the air conditioning was stuck on eco mode, which meant I could not get the place cooled off. I'd set the ac to 69, it would kick on a d run for a bit, then stop. Both nights I was able to fall asleep cool, but wake up a little while later sweating.Other than those issues it was a good stay.

While the third bedroom is the smallest of the three, it is represented exactly as shown. We were also sorry to learn of the concerns regarding towels and air conditioning after checkout. Additional towel sets are provided throughout the home, and we encourage guests to contact us during their stay with any questions or concerns so we can assist right away. The place is just as pictured. Kitchen is very nice. Another review mentioned that the carpet could use a deep clean and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint but I assume I was there at a busy time so that’s understandable. I would stay again.
