Designed to host up to 16 guests, this stunning 3-story retreat is the perfect home base for family getaways, reunions, or group vacations—just 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and minutes from top outdoor attractions like whitewater rafting, ziplining, and golf.

Surrounded by lush forest, Eagles Perch Pool Cabin blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Relax on the welcoming front porch swing or gather in the cozy living room, where a stacked-stone wood-burning fireplace, exposed beam ceilings, and leather furniture set the tone for mountain living. The open-concept layout features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, high-end Maytag appliances including double ovens, and a center island with seating for two. Two dining areas seat 12 in total, perfect for shared meals after a day of adventure.

Step outside to enjoy the private seasonal pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), soak in the 6–8 person hot tub, or unwind in the shaded lounge area with ceiling fans and two picnic tables for alfresco dining. A propane grill and firepit complete the outdoor experience.

Really awesome stay we’ve stayed once before, so we know what to expect a bit of a drive to the attractions. Overall the privacy and comfort is worth it. Could use an update on the grill it doesn’t really work correctly and maybe just utensil upgrades. Overall super awesome place will stay again.

It was clean, but it is in the woods so we had mice. They got in our food. But otherwise it was Great! The hot tub and the pool were wonderful. Plenty of bedrooms,bathrooms and game areas. We had a Great time!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin and were very pleased with how clean and well-maintained The cabin itself was. The pool was a definite highlight for our family and we really enjoyed having it available during our Our main concerns were with some of the basic amenities provided. Several items we expected to be available were missing, including garbage bags, salt and pepper shakers, coffee filters and a few other small accessories. Having these items on hand would have made our stay more convenient when we checked the first day. We also found that the grill was not very clean. It was difficult to cook on a thorough cleaning, and some maintenance with made a big difference for guests who plan to use it.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we’re especially pleased with the cleanliness of the cabin and the pool. With a little more attention to provide supplies and the grill. This could be even better experience for future guest.

Place was infested with mice, which we went out and bought traps for. The pool area was overgrown with weeds. There was lots of dust especially under the primary bed. Game room was nice, TV’s were also nice. Didn’t like that the owners did not provide hand soap for the kitchen. For the price we should have been supplied soap, paper towel, toilet paper etc. there is no reason to throw out paper products after each guest. Oh also there was zero chlorine in the hot tub, we also bought chlorine and put it in the hot tub to ward off any bacteria. Never saw a pool person checking the chemicals in the pool and the water looked cloudy.

Our extended family loved the cabin. It was large and spacious giving everyone room to spread out and relax. The game room with huge tv was a big hit with the family. The swings on the front porch offered a retreat to enjoy the stillness of the mountaintop. The backyard was an oasis on its own with the large deck, hot tub and outdoor pool. I can't think of a better spot to while away the day. Our dogs also enjoyed to fenced in backyard, but found the hole under the deck pretty quickly. This could be secured easily with some lattice to provide a secure place for dogs visiting. If you are looking for a secluded get-away, this is the absolute perfect choice. We were a little sketched out by the gravel driveway the first time up, but after several trips up and down the mountain, we found it easy to navigate. Just don't arrive after dark the first time and you will be fine :) We loved our stay!!!

First off the good things. Grandkids loved the pool and had the best time in it. It was heated which was nice. All the kitchen ware was in good repair, EXCEPT, the electric can opener has no cord, and no regular can opener. The remoteness of the cabin was wonderful and peaceful. Now the not so good. For the price, the pool was greenish when we got there. Not bad enough that the kids would not swim I it, it cleared nicely by the end of the week.The hot tub could have been cleaner. The outdoor patio furniture, by the pool had leaves, spider webs, dirt and the entire area could have been blown off prior to our arrival, but wasn’t. I had to sweep it off. Weeds all over the patio area that should have been pulled. Grill was very dirty, no grill brush. The downstairs had a musty odor and found some mice droppings. When you are in the woods not completely surprised. The windows need a serious cleaning.Needed extra pillow cases. There was a bear on the back deck also which thrilled the kids.

Very secluded which was nice. A little far away for some attractions nearby but not that bad. I main goal was to sit back and relax. Which was great spot to do that plenty of room for all. We had 7 adults and 8 kids ranging from 17 years to 4 months old.
