For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed at the property to monitor entryways and common areas only.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a $100 fee per additional hour.



Please note: the 3rd bedroom and bathroom are located separately in the back, detached from the main house.



Due to the high cost of natural gas in Los Angeles, pool heating is available at an additional $125 per night (minimum 3 nights).

Jacuzzi heating is also available for an additional $50 per day with no minimum stay required.



We kindly ask all guests to complete a short check-in form before arrival. Once submitted, we’ll send over your check-in instructions. The form will request each guest’s contact info, and a valid ID with a quick selfie. This simple step helps ensure that only registered guests are staying at the property. Your information will always remain private and confidential..
