Come and enjoy the best of LA with a great central location in a nice part of town very close to both the 405 and 101 freeways which take you everywhere in LA! Most of the major sights are just minutes away nut then relax in comfort and catch some sun at the outdoor or sit and enjoy the BBQ you cooked at the large outdoor dining table! This home boasts comfortable seating inside and out, flexible sleeping arrangements, VERY fast free WiFi, separate work area for those who need it, fully stocked kitchen for cooking and coffee in the morning and central location with a Trader Joes grocery store just two blocks away (5 min walking) and perfect freeway access to visit everything in and around Los Angeles.

As a superhost with over 1000 guest stays at all my properties you can always come to expect top of the line beds and bedding, fully stocked kitchens with all the amenities and plentiful charging plugs for all your devices in each bedroom conveniently located at each end of the beds.

Lively Ventura Blvd is the main street where you will find all the restaurants, shopping, things to do at night and is only 3/4 mile (1KM) away. Within 5 minutes you have tons of dining options which includes lots of the top restaurants in LA. 1 minute away is the 101 freeway which takes you to anywhere you like in and around LA. Santa Monica is 15-20 minutes, Universal Studios 10-15 minutes, Malibu is 18 min, Hollywood 15 min, Beverly Hills 15. LAX is only 30-35 minutes or less depending on traffic. The place is in a great location for feeling safe, close proximity to stores and restaurants and most importantly great access to all the popular sights and sounds of Los Angeles.

This home is spread out on a single floor with a very large an open concept living kitchen and dining area with the living room extending into the dining room and a beautiful modern kitchen all without walls so the group can interact with each other seamlessly.
Two large and bright Master suites both with Smart TVs with NetFlix, Amazon etc (Queen bed & two twins) facing out to the pool area and a smaller third bedroom (queen bed) with its own bathroom.

Flexible additional sleeping arrangements include the large sofa which turns into a larger than queen bed, a top of the line twin memory foam rollaway bed which can go in the living room or the master bedroom, and also a queen sized top of the line Aerobed which can be placed into the living room or master bedroom.

The kitchen has all the modern amenities to make your stay great for the group including full coffee corner which includes a Keurig coffee machine, a drip coffee machine and also a French press to make sure that everyone's happy. You have a large dining table which seats eight people comfortably and then additional bar seating for a couple more at the kitchen island. All cookware, dishes, and basic spices are there in the home. Outdoor you also have a very nice BBQ with barbecue utensils if you want to enjoy for the group.

You have covered parking in the back of the property for one vehicle and then also plenty of street parking directly out front which is right out the front door.

Very strong Central HVAC controlled by a nest thermostat to ensure that you are comfortable day and night.

The living room boasts a 55"TV loaded with DirecTV satellite television with all the movie channels and a VERY large and comfortable couch for relaxing on that also turns into a queen bed if you place the ottoman against it. Super fast and reliable free WiFi (225 MBS) for all of our guests which covers the entire property. Two of the three bedrooms have smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon, etc. The home is stocked with cards & board games for the group to enjoy themselves inside or outside while enjoying the weather!

The outside pool area is very comfortable and offers areas for both sun and shade so everyone is happy. Large outdoor picnic table with cafe lights and sun protection above make it a great place both day or night! The clean and sparkling pool is the central focal point of course with seating and chairs for sunbathing all around. Fully gated backyard lets the kids run around safely! No animals allowed. We respect all of our guests including those who have allergies, hence the strict no animal policy.

The bedrooms ALL have top of the line mattresses, bedding and linens to ensure you get a good nights rest. In addition I know how important it is to charge your devices conveniently so plugs are located at the side of each bed including some bedside lamps with USB chargers.

Bedroom #1 (Master)- Queen bed, top of the line mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices, 43" HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services.
Bedroom #2 (Co-Master) Two twin beds, top of the line mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices, 40" HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services.
Bedroom #3- Queen sized bed, top of the line mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices.

Common Area sleeping- For sleeping in the common areas you have the living room sofa which is larger than a queen sized bed when put together, a top of the line memory foam twin rollaway bed, and a queen sized top of the line Aerobed air mattress complete with all sheets and bedding.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire house and pool just for you. Totally private and not shared with anyone.

The Neighborhood:
Great and safe part of LA in Encino with excellent freeway access to everywhere and a Trader Joes gorcery store just two blocks away (5 min walk)

Getting Around:
LA is a city built for the car and you have great freeway access from the house but you also have the metro station just 5 minutes away by foot.

Interaction with Guests:
Available by phone/text/Whats App 24 hours a day but give you full privacy for your stay as well.

Simply Comfortable
such a good stay! Had more than enough space for everyone. Home was clean and so relaxing. Location is centrally located to so many LA tourist attractions. Backyard is excellent for enjoying the family. Host were so pleasant and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay, perfect location, comfy house, great hosts.
We stayed there on a recent family trip to Universal Studios. The house has a great floor plan for families and room for everyone. The beds were comfy, the house was well stocked and maintained and the place was super clean. From the moment we booked, the hosts keep in good contact with us. It was very clear that this property is managed be experienced people who care about taking care of their guests. I also appreciated we had lots of TV/entertainment options and it wasn’t confusing to figure out how to work everything. There is a Trader Joe’s super close to the house too, so we could stock up with fresh/healthy food options. I didn’t feel gouged on the price or cleaning fees. Really, this was one of my best experiences renting a house. Thank you!!

A Memorable trip
The perfect place for a trip in the city with family. The location is fantastic and close to all main attractions. The house is clean and well equipped. Shawn is an amazing host, very thoughtful and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable trip!! We will definitely be back!

Great setup and location
The owner was super professional and responses to questions were always timely and considerate. The location was great, and within walking distance to groceries. And the layout of the house was perfect for our family, allowing us to all hang out together, whether at the dinner table or watching tv or playing. Great property, great location, great owner, and great overall experience!
