Rustic Luxe Farm House - À quelques kilomètres seulement de la célèbre plage Crane Beach

Magique ferme de première période près de la mer et pratique pour tous les Cape Ann a à offrir! Située au milieu des collines verdoyantes dans la campagne d'Essex, cette retraite spéciale présente des équipements extérieurs comme un pont surdimensionné avec vue sur l'étang qui ressemble à la vie sauvage toute l'année. De plus, un bain à remous et une douche extérieure de 8 personnes situées à proximité des glaces et des jardins fleuris pour votre détente.

Toute votre fête aura beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre, avec 4600 pieds carrés, 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains. Détails architecturaux tels que de larges planchers en pin, 7 cheminées et poutres en bois d'origine, mélangés à des équipements modernes tels qu'une cuisine massive avec des comptoirs en pierre ollaire, un poêle à bois à 6 brûleurs et une grande pièce avec cheminée et portes françaises donnant sur le pont. Je viens également d'installer la climatisation centrale que la plupart des maisons de la Rive-Nord n'ont pas !!!

À quelques kilomètres de la célèbre Crane Beach, à quelques minutes du centre-ville d'Essex et des célèbres palourdes frites et à 10 minutes de Manchester-by-the-Sea et du quartier historique d'Ipswich. Cette maison a vraiment du charme à la différence de toute autre propriété de vacances dans laquelle vous avez séjourné. Venez vous détendre, profiter et SOYEZ NOTRE INVITÉ !!!!!

Gorgeous rustic property!

The property felt rustic and historical and the location was easy enough to navigate into town for items and get back quickly. It felt like a retreat home. The outdoors was like a wild garden, colorful and fragrant.

Perfect Family Getaway

The house is beautiful, historical and modern, with stunning interior design and decor. It is very spacious and comfortable, with a huge yard, beautiful old barn, lovely patio and garden. Nicely appointed and big kitchen with beautiful views. Our family of six--grandparents, parents, and twin little ones, loved our time there.

Late spring trip!

Rustic, rambly house perfect for spreading out or coming together! We didn’t get to spend as much time as we would like just sitting on the porch, but we did get to wander around, take our morning jogs, and late night cozy catch ups. Communication with the host/manager was perfect and prompt. Place was quite clean and picked up. It does have a pantry/service area as well as the large kitchen, so I could certainly see a good group event would be fun there!

Family Wedding Weekend

This house was amazing! We had plenty of room for eight adults to cook together in the spacious kitchen and spread out to relax in the great room, the sitting room, the screened-in porch, and the deck. The location was perfect to get to all our family events, and Jeremy could not have been more responsive!

Beautiful house, beautiful property

Beautiful rambling house on lovely property offered plenty of space for extended family gathering. Large open kitchen with huge counter, two refrigerators and pantry made wonderful common area. Whole group snuggled on sofas in living room for movie night. Four adult couples and four young children slept comfortably. Kids loved playing on swingset in big yard. An idyllic weekend stay!

The property was as advertised We rented the house because my daughters wedding venue was just 10 mins away and the house had plenty of room for our entire family to get ready. The house was very comfortable and convenient to restaurants and to the town center. I highly recommend it for large family gatherings

A lovely place!

We enjoyed this property very much—the spacious grassy lawn, the wealth of outdoor plantings (many still in bloom), and the numerous house plants which warmed the indoor rooms with their healthy foliage. The large lawn was popular with the frisbee players and the egg-shaped tree swing was a surprisingly mellow experience. We, all ages of our 3-generation family, had a happy time there.

Amazing House!

If you are looking for a house in the Ipswich, Essex, Gloucester area for a larger group, book this one! Tons of space downstairs, outside patio, big kitchen, lots of tables and it's in a location that is close to everything in the area, a short 10-25 minutes. Photos you see on the listing are what you see when you arrive.

lovely rustic home

we had an awesome time in this quaint but large house! great for large groups of people, it was so much fun hosting indoors and in the outdoor spaces. only downside is that all of the bathrooms are connected to bedrooms and the doors/locks do not always work. but would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous Farmhouse Rental

This farmhouse and property could have been showcased in a magazine! It is absolutely beautifully done! Spacious and clean inside with lovely flower gardens outside. We had plenty of comfortable sitting areas to spread out and a large kitchen to come together for meals. The owners of the home were very attentive to any questions we had. We would recommend this property for a very relaxing family vacation!

Stunning. Easily the best property our family has ever stayed at. The photos do not do it justice. Book it ASAP. You will not regret it. Such a peaceful environment. Plenty of space for a large group and every time you would walk around the house you’d find another thing to love. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!!!

Spacious Home

The home was very large and spacious. We had 7 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the deck area and kitchen. The home could of been a little bit more cleaner, some listing photos are not accurate, hot tub was full of way to much chlorine, no umbrella on patio area like in photos. The amount we paid for the stay we expected more details to be addressed.

I'm glad over all your stay was great and as far as the cleanliness I'm really surprised that the same cleaners we've used for 21 years and if you read all the other reviews it talks about how clean the houses so I'm not quite sure what was out of place I wish you would have brought it up during your stay and I could have had them come back honestly this really surprises me these cleaners get nothing but complements and they work very hard. Hot tub had a lot of chlorine in it so the water stays fresh because there's not someone balancing it every few days so if a big group goes in it the water gets dirty so you have to over chlorine the water otherwise it's not going to be very pleasing within a couple days of your stay that's why the water had a lot of chlorine in it. Again I wish you would have just asked me and I could have explained this. There is not a umbrella on one of the decks but there's also three other outdoor sitting places. One of them is between the house that does not get very much sun at all where the grill is and also there's a three-season porch that all the windows open that has shades and a fan. I'm sorry everything was not perfect we try very hard and the house is kept to an extremely high standard that is why all of our other reviews are so good

Lovely weekend

Great house and lovely location. We had a fabulous time at this beautiful farmhouse. There were eleven of us, ages 7 to 85. Plenty of space to gather and to have personal time when you needed to "get away." The chef we hired to make the anniversary dinner, loved the space in the kitchen. The octogenarians in our group had to be mindful of some of the step ups/step downs into rooms and lower lighting in some of the rooms.--I would still give this place five stars, but something to bear in mind if you have older folks with mobility issues. All in all though, a lovely weekend in a beautiful space!

Delightful Farmhouse in Essex

My husband and I hosted my brother and sister-in-law and their three teens over the Fourth of July holiday week. Our itinerary included college tours, a Red Sox game, fireworks, and local history. The Rustic Farmhouse in Essex was absolutely perfect for our group of seven. Here's why:1.) There was plenty of room for everyone - everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom2.) The property included plenty of space for softball, football, cornhole, and even frog catching (and releasing), and counting swallows nests3.) The house had everything - a washer/dryer, good internet, a closet full of boardgames, overstuffed furniture, and a great central air system4.) The kitchen and butler's pantry were well stocked and having two refrigerators was a god-send with teenagersWe had such an amazing week together - we can't recommend the farmhouse, its location, and its host enough! Thank you for the time of our lives!!
