Welcome in Ras El Helal Bedouin Camp , Where you will feel most alive.
The camp was founded in 2010 in an ideal location in Wadi Rayan National Park (Fayoum), halfway between the waterfalls and ElMedawara hills.
Just 130 km from Cairo and easy accessible by normal cars . The camp has charming views over the lower lake of Wadi Rayan and its wonderful dunes, in addition, the camp is run by local bedouins from the local community who will welcome you with warm greetings.
The space
Staying overnight is based in a private tents equipped with mattresses and sleeping bag for each person.

- Shared bathroom , we keep it always clean ( no hot water ).
- Shared dining area also there is electricity .
- Hot & cold drinks served ( not included ) .

Other things to note
• Please note upon police instructions , foreigners should pass Wadi Rayan entrance gate after 7:00 pm , as the camp is located in Wadi Rayan protected area we should follow this instructions.

Due to egyptian regulation

• All guests ID or passport copies are required at check in.

• Egyptian & Arabic origin guests
- Mixed groups not allowed.
- Marriage certificate paper is required at check in .

You can reach me anytime.

• If you are looking for peace and chilling, try escape Fridays ( by going in a safari trip to valley of the whales) because there might be dayuse groups but that ends by 8:00 pm.

• Hot & cold drinks served ( bring your favorite snacks with you ).

• There isn't public transportation to reach the camp , so it is better to come by your car ( even it is sedan ) or we can manage you private transportation ( recommended).

• Kindly make sure you have read the (House Rules) .
